Pilates Power Gym 3-Elevation Mini Reformer Exercise Machine

I purchased my power gym 6 months ago and I have totally reshaped my body. I went from a size 14 to a 10 before using my power gym and have since dropped down to an 8 and my body looks better than ever. I am toned and firm in areas that haven't been since before I had kids. I just added the 3 DVD set that's available to my workout and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm absolutely obsessed with my power gym and actually excited for bathing suit season this year. This machine has transformed me life!

It's great. I have not used it long enough to see if it works really well. I can say it does not hurt your back or knees. My middle is my biggest problem. I think it will work for that in a few months. Was okay easy for me to put together. Does need a fairly big space as you need room to slid at the top and your arms at the side. Started out with it at the end of my bed but had to move it to the center of the guest bedroom.

I just love this product. It's everything I was looking for, and small enough to workout in an apartment. Great workout for the arms and legs. You can switch from one to the other exercise fast. It multifunctional machine which gives me lots of workout options. Just love this product, glad I was channel surfing that day.

LOVE this except on the lowest, flat level I can't get up of it because of my knees so after I found that out I inclined it and now I can use it without needing help to get off it....It works my legs so good and my upper body...no problem feeling the burn and quickly.

I love this machine!!!! I have struggled with getting toned and slenderizing my muscles. I have seen and felt a tremendous difference since I have been using my Pilates power gym. This was well worth the money I spent.

I love this thing! I know I will have a better, healthier life this winter with my power gym, I have COPD and cannot get out and walk like I want to, and with this gym, the excercizes are not to strenuous on me. cant wait to get back to the Dr. to get weighed.!!!

So far, so good. Easy assemble. I use it every day. I am sore, but hey, that is not the machines fault. Glad to have it.

Best thing I ever did for myself purchasing the Pilates Power Gym. This machine gets five stars from me, makes exercising actually fun to do. Have started my new good habit of getting up an hour earlier every morning before work starts to drink a glass of water and use this machine. It has been giving me a clearer head, a happy start to my day. The breathing, the stretching, the 'Me Time'... It is heavy but most good quality machines are. I am using it every day so have not been putting it away. When we have company, it can be easily moved to another room, and yes ,it does fold flat. Also got the additional workout DVDs...

Although I thought this would be easy, it has been more of a work out than I thought but I am starting to see real positive results. I would highly recommend this to anybody that is serious about wanting to get in better physical condition. It just makes you feel better overall about yourself if you work at it consistently. M.

This is absolutely the best gym/workout product ever! I was blown away by how much this small machine can do! Would recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a lot of room and wants a complete gym in one small package.

I have spent lots of $s on exercise equipment throughout the years, only to scrap them. One that I've kept and use occasionally is an old pilates machine. I decided to update to this one cause it has the elevation and cardio attachment. I'm so glad I did. The pilates work out gives you a great overall work out and the cardio work out is awesome! I look forward to using it. My husband uses it too.

It was pretty easy to set up, compact enough to leave out all the time, very smooth in operation. I think it will help me tone up a lot. Love the Flex Pay too!

It is heavy, but I was able to manage it by myself and is easier to maneuver once it's out of the shipping box. Set up was easy, and it's a very good quality piece of equipment. The CD's and the rebounder extras make this an even better value. I love the variety of exercises I can achieve on this machine that requires very little adjustments. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase. Thanks.

Does everything I expected it to do with a smaller footprint. Very wellmade and ready to use right out of the box. I know I will love it for some time to come.
