Warm Living Infrared Deluxe Stove with Real Flame Sound

I received this, it is so cute, very effective heater and so relaxing to watch the faux flames and hear the crackling.I wish it had come in a deep bronze or antique gold. I chose taupe, which was the best choice given for my decor.Def recommend!I don't yet know regarding any elevation of my electric bill, but I have used it daily since receiving!

I ordered the blue. I like the color. Nice heat. My only concern would be the legs easily come off and it would have been nice if the remote was magnetically attached to prevent loss. Otherwise a decent purchase.

Works pretty well for the most part. Keeps the living room warm so I don't have to run the furnace all day. Not crazy about the tinny sound from the fireplace but easy enough to turn that part off.

Biggest Complaint, (the Legs), too much plastic and they slide. Come up with better Legs, my opinion.I do recommendOtherwise very good for heating.

Very light easy assembly the only thing is that the sound of fire is not good, so turning the sound off I had to open the door and press the button down 3 seconds not the remote itself, What haven Nice The Fake Flame Sound feature But Was Not To My Like other than that I love it very warm and cozy

still trying to figure out remote and just go to main controls. Should be easy to do???

I've had 2 of these stoves, 1st one lasting 3 years on the bulbs, but got a new one this year and one of bulbs is already out. Have called # in manual, e-mailed and they have no answers. Can anyone please let me know if you know where these replacement bulbs can be found. I've been all over the internet and none like this. How the heck, they sell these to us and do not provide replacement parts. The manual is wrong, they even e mailed me and called me and said they don't do this at that #. Help?

It's cute and all but it is plastic something I did not expect or want.It works good in an enclosed area.You can leave the legs off if needed because it vents from the back. Since it is light it is easy to move around. Temperature and features are nice.

I sent it early so that she can enjoy it longer. She loves it! Got her the gray to go with her couch and lazy boy. She showed me a picture of it lit up in her living room and it looks warm and cozy.

This seems to put out a sufficient amount of heat. I like that you can dim or brighten the flame lighting. It is pretty quiet. Haven't had to use it too much yet so will see how it holds up as the weather gets colder.

I ordered this heater in the black color for my bedroom. It heats up my room nicely. The flame effect adds a nice ambiance to the room, but the fan is loud and you can't hear the so-called crackling sound because of it.It seems to be a good heater and it's light beings it's all plastic. On high, it really cranks out the heat.My cat loves to lay by it to get some heat also.

Very lightweight, it's plastic. Easy to move from one room to another. Gives off nice heat. Has a remote. I gave the fireplace four stars because it is very noisy.

So far so good....was a little confusing until I actually read the booklet. Heats quickly, you may have to turn up past 72 to activate if room temp is not cold. I use it in the mornings instead of having the furnace kick on just to take the chill off. As the temp drops I will leave the furnace set lower and use this in the room I am using at the time.

Just started using my heater this evening. It heats up the area very quickly. Flame effect is very nice. Easy to use remote. My only little issue is the fan noise. It distracts greatly from the cute crackling fireplace sound. I do recommend this heater for it's great heating capability.
