Vitamin B12-100

This B-12-250 has done nothing for my low energy. I see no changes to my over all health,after taking this vitamin.

Don't waste your money. Does not work. Been taking for 2 months. NOTHING. I will be throwing pills in trash.

I experienced brain fog and drowsiness when I would wake up from sleeping and almost felt like I spent a night out drinking. I didnt feel any extra energy didnt bother my stomach or anything else it just really affected my head. I didnt like that I dropped really crazy so was messing with my brain so I am returning it.

I have been taking these since last August and I have not seen any difference. I will not recommend.

Compared to HIGH POTENCY B-COMPLEX WITH PROTECTED B12 from the same company, this product has 60% of B12 and 10% of the other B vitamins.

Had to send back.

Took for four days and my urine is fluorescent yellow, kidneys hurt, and heart palpitations. I dont normally write reviews but feel adamant about warning you before you take this.

I usually get price chopper brand b12.. I decided to try these.. horrible waste of my money, I felt like I hadn't taken anything. I thought maybe my body needed to get used to a dif kind.. I know.. doesn't make sense.. but I had to keep trying.. nope.. these did nothing to me.. back to price chopper brand cheapos for me

Its the 12 of June and I have still not received my bottle of Vitamin B12??? can someone please follow up... its saying that it is still in transit. I was suppose to get them on the 8th.???

I purchased this product and found it at two different local stores for about 1/2 of the price at HSN.

You really should take to your primary care prior to taking this product. I didn't and recently had my physical and the labs came back showing an unhealthy level of B12 in my liver. Apparently the normal range of B12 should be 250-1100, my level is 1549, so I've discontinued use since the ramification of high levels of B12 causes a host of serious medical issues. I took 2 capsules per day with a full bottle of water.

Did not notice one difference taking these twice a day. I have nothing else to report bc they did not work.
