THIS IS VERY EASY TO USE. HAVE TO PUT IT TOGETHER. HAD KNEE REPLACEMENT. IT IS A GENTLE WORKOUT. SOMEWHAT BULKY. THATS THE ONLY DOWN SIDE.

Like how it works arms & legs together, operation is smooth and quite. Was a bit tricky to put together, be careful not to strip screws as they don't always to in straight. Seems like it could have arrived much more constructed. Wondering why the distance is displayed in kilometers instead of miles for USA customers??? It wasa time consuming project, but we are using it and like it.

Very pleased with the machine. all parts have a good fit and it does as advertised. A good value for the price. My one concern is the difficulty in setting the resistance.

  • Nice but noisy, (LPB66 VA)

Have had the Teeter FreeStep for 8 months now and use it everyday for 35 minutes. I got it to increase my cardio exercise and help improve my A1C. It did the trick and got my number down in the proper range. I like everything about the machine, except that 3 weeks ago, it now makes noise everytime I use it like I am on a squeaky rocky chair. My wife can hear me in the next room while I'm using it. I like using this machine but I wish it was quite like it once was.

Received my trainer recently. It arrived packed well & no problems. My hubby put it together in 2 hrs. Love it so far. I do wish the seat was larger and softer. Also seat needs more adjustments to be comfortable for different body types. I would also recommend the dashboard was higher. Price is too high for the trainer.

  • Huge box, (chicagolinda IL)

Heavy large box needed help to get it up to my condo. Thank goodness to neighbors. I hired a college student who put it together. I am 411 and I can reach my feet to the pedals. I find the handles difficult to use. When starting to use it, I find it a little choppy. I need to use a lot of energy to get a smooth rhythm going. I will keep working it as I know it is a good for me.
