Was excited to purchase the FreeStep LT3 looked forward to exercise that would be recumbent and easy on my joints. Product arrived in a myriad of parts and pieces with 7 separate packages of hardware and an Allen wrench. Does the manufacturer take me for a factory assembler? Completely ridiculous at this price point to expect the customer to build the product.

  • Highly Disappointed, (Asummer FL)

I was highly disappointed after assembling it. It's not designed for those that are over 5 feet tall. The frame does not allow it to be adjusted. A waste of my money for sure.

Had heart attack, saw this & ordered.FreeStep arrived 5 days earlier than expected (YAY!). My buying info states that its still on the way. The crate was a little beat up. This item has disappeared from listing. Called HSN customer service to find out why, and to buy insurance. She could not find the listing and told me that insurance was NOT available for this item b/c of long warranty.???! Still in crate. Cant send back, b/c still not here.2/17/21. Will try C/S again. I Really need this.

  • Quality Issues, (SDStacy1 CA)
    01/10/2021

Bought in March 2020, have already had to replace the seat which is ripping again and now have a loud clunking noise inside the housing. I expected much more for my $800. and would appreciate being contacted for some way to resolve these issues.

  • BEWARE! DANGEROUS!!, (ARosa NV)
    07/27/2020

I BELIEVE THERE MAY BE A DEFECT. Mine broke at a weld (I am not I overweight either) and I was hurt. Had to get a tetanus shot and mris. Teeter wont return my calls either. I was a longtime customer too. This is really unacceptable and HSN needs to pull this until they fix the issue.

  • Not for heavy people, (Smithy111 AZ)
    10/31/2019

This is a nice machine for skinny people. Not recommended for anyone getting Teeter Freestep Zero to lose weight because if you are heavy you can't get on the machine and use it properly, you have to twist and turn to get on the seat almost falling. The seat is too small and should be adjustable to go further back. Also there was no proper online video showing step by step instructions on how to assemble the machine out of the box. Overall regret getting the machine and stuck with it now.

For fit athletes only. Not for overweight people. Does not fit and can't adjust to fit.
