The trainer is awesome - quiet, easy to use and adjust. HOWEVER, the computer screen has not worked since we received it! We replaced the battery which was provided and had a relative double check everything. Called HSN last week and they asked us to wait 7 days for a return label for the screen. The label never came via e-mail. Why so long to get a label? It took 3 hours to assemble. plus we're not sure we can remove the screen for return if/when we get a label. Frustrating!

The console on the product was defective only worked for about 3 weeks.

This item was wonderful for 3 weeks. then it began making loud clunking sounds and the speed control didnt work either.I was quite disappointed to say the least as Teeter has such a good following in the hangups. I think that is where they should stay.In talking to their customer service I was told the entire base would need to be returned, which meant undoing all the nuts and bolts and what a hassle! I have used a lot of exercise equipment in my years in P.E, this one rates on the bottom!
