Shark Mess Master Wet/Dry Portable Vacuum with Home & Car Kit

This has been a powerful machine. It's great to clean my truck with the detail kit. It gets into the tiny hard to clean area's. Plus it's small and easy to store away when not using. Great wet/dry vacuum.

Really like to very small attachments.

Strong suction power. Sturdy construction, design, and light weight. Didn't fit my needs. Good for small tasks.

I have purchased the protection plan with some items and never received confirmation that I have the coverage or not. Allstate is a rip off insurance. I called HSN customer service and all they do is give you a phone number to call Allstate to file your complaint. , this company is a rip off even with car insurance

The day it was delivered I knocked over a plant. Got the dirt out of the carpet. I decided to use the small attachment and vacuum the dryer vent. They need to have those pieces snap together. I lost one in the vent and it was not easy to get it out.

I watched the TV presentation and purchased this to use on my hardwood floors. I was sold! Unfortunately, the box did not include the bare floor attachment that was shown in the TV demo. That was THE reason I purchased this Shark with free delivery. So I have to purchase the tool from Shark at half the price I paid for the complete vacuum! Even with a small credit offered from HSN, I still paid well over retail for this. Great vacuum but Shark needs to have better packing standards....

Who would know I would have a water issue shortly after receiving this. It cleaned up the water without a problem but it would have been much easier had a floor attachment been included in the kit so I wouldn't have had to crawl on the floor to clean up the water

My home has a closet/storage room in the basement and it's the "catch-all" room. I recently moved back to this home, and I decided to give it a really good cleaning. The room had a "shut-in" smell and really needed to be disinfected also. I bought a scrub broom, bleach and used several buckets of water to scrub the floor. This machine is tiny-but its mighty! I used the trial/free bags to hold the dirty water. The next day, the floor looked amazing! This is the best tool that I've bought myself!

Overall--like product. It arrived missing the car cleaning kit, which are not currently available, so HSN offered me a refund to my credit card and I accepted. HSN needs an easy way to put us on a list for missing items, to ship to us when they again are available. Also helpful--need online video to see how product is to be assembled.

Love the size but there is no place to store the attachments. Would be nice to have a second bracket for storage

Works great but the tool holder didnt go on so smoothly. My complaint is that it was missing the squeegee. I had to call shark and Im waiting for it. I thing the bare floor tool should be included since they showed it on the demonstration.

I purchased the Shark Mess Master when I viewed the presentation with the bag of lint the presenter claimed she vacuumed out of her dryer vent, not the dryer screen, but the dryer vent. I watched the presentation to ensure I used the correct tools. Twice used the product to clean the vent. I did not get any extra lint. The presenter display an entire plastic bag of lint. This will not happen. Shark Mess did clean dog hair out of my car. Storage for tools is not convenient. Suction is just ok.

Received mine today and it has lots of suction and works as it should but Ive got to tell you I still cannot attach the bracket that is supposed to hold the attachments! Shouldnt be that difficult, and even if and when I attach it, it will only hold two out of the three attachments and theres no place for the detailing tools the extendale wands and the small flexible tube. it wouldve been nice if they had designed an onboard holder for all of these
