Shark Mess Master Wet/Dry Portable Vacuum with Home & Car Kit

The tube keeps coming out though its been accurately secured & latched to the machine. It wouldve been better if the tube was automatically attached to the vacuum and the other parts, as needed, could be attached for reaching & additional types of cleaning. Used gorilla glue to permanently keep the tube inworks better when I do use itmostly now for the carpet in the car. Would not purchase again.

The flexible hose is not long enough and I have to lift/carry the vac to use it on the inside of my car. The crevice tool is also not long enough. Waited to long to use so not returnable. Will contact Shark to see if more accessories are available

showed with floor and pet piece but was not with it. found out MANY people returned for that reason.Read reviews, did not know it blows out the front so bad, that ALL your dirt is flying around in your face. Tried it for 30 sec, dirt all over me and all over canister. For a few sec clean up of outside of canister was awful! Did not like blowing dirt out of front before I could even vac it up. For Shark this was worthless!!

This shows a large sweeping/ suction attachment, but it wasn't included with the purchase, It is sold separately.

The Mess Master is not shipped with the bare floor attachment as shown in the manual and flyer that comes with it. Upon further inspection, I now see the HSN demo only using the small carpet attachment. Now that these have been shipped, there are a ton of reviews noting the missing attachment. Deceptive! Not going to send it back because of the cost.

Have gotten only so far as to attempt a light pick up as rug vacuum; the attachment for that is so small and hard plastic it will take over an hour to "vacuum" my 5x7 area rug. Maybe a throw pillow. No bristles == hard inflexible plastic picks. Hose is so short I have used all 3 extensions. Hoping for a vacuum that could be for a little more than pick-ups. Disappointed. $$+

Agree with other reviews. They should of stated In presentation no bare floor tool. Yet, they used it in their presentations. Deceptive, yes! So far, it is no better than any other vacuum I have. Would not recommend.

I received my product and after spending an hour sitting here, labeling each one of my attachments, so they wouldnt get confused with others. I discovered that there is no large, barefoot floor attachment for this master. Im quite sure it was demonstrated when they were selling it.. I feel like they shouldve been straightforward about the fact that this was not included and in fact with tax and shipping to obtain that one tool youre looking at $45! ! Ticked off in Tucson

I have not received my Shark yet. Tracking it, I see it took two days to get shipped. Once it shipped, from TN, one day later, it was recieved, still in TN. This is not the first time that a product that I purchased here was floundering around in shipping for a few extra days, before it was delivered. I work in shipping, so it really annoys me when orders aren't given the priority that they deserve. Once I receive my order, I will expand on my review.
