Ok, so, first of all, my 3 star rating is not totally about the product itself, but about the Shipping department for 1.) box was obliterated when it got here to the point that when UPS and I took it off their truck, manuals started falling out. We get it in my front door, he goes back to the truck as if to leave, I knock on truck and say, "Hey...let me look in your truck to make sure nothing "ELSE" fell out in there. 2.) they sent 2 Right foot pedal housings, had to wait an entire week for the left to make it in, which we didn't realize we had 2 rights until DEEP in the assembly process, so we left everything like it was in the room for an entire WEEK, just a mess of boxes, plastic, etc while we waited on the part to come. 3.) got absolutely EVERYTHING tightened and screwed and the right leg seems to squeak and even come untightened no matter what, I have to retighten it seems like once everyweek since having it. I bought this in October and it is now February and I'm still putting it together! I hope once I get it together it will work!

The only issue I have with this machine is the squeaking. But that could be user error. It is not annoyingly loud when using the elliptical, but only mildly annoying when using the bike. I have sprayed it with WD40 but that didn't help. I would be 100% satisfied with the machine if it wasn't for the squeaking.

The package arrived and it appears that everything is included. I didn't find a meal plan but maybe it's on the DVDs. I have had difficulty in fastening the front and back frames together. I have put together countless products throughout the years and am disheartened that this simple step is proving to be frustrating. I'll continue this after I've completed the assembly.

After getting the run around as to when my it was going to ship, I finally got it much later than I was told. As for the trainer itself, it does not seem very sturdy. It "wobbles" and squeaks while in use. I am hoping that in time the squeaking will subside and I am hoping that a gym mat will help with the "wobbling."

too much of a pain to repack to return, it works, but seat is hard as a rock and too high and is not adjustable. cheap materials. display not as nice as they claim. it will do the job but for 400.00 a little disappointing

It is still functional but it started making a loud clicking noise within the first 30 days of light use. I'm still giving it 3 stars because the conversion between elliptical and bike is easy. It also seems very sturdy. The primary complaint is the loud clicking and the new fear that it will break at any moment.The stride on the elliptical is short - much shorter than on standard machines at the gym. As such, it takes a little more force to start/stop motion. The first time I used it, I hurt my ankles. I had not stretched properly. I don't recommend you get on the machine without some sort of warm up for that first elliptical motion.It's a good idea. It is convenient to have two machines in one. I'm not sure how much longer my resistance will last since the noise seems to be getting worse over time. For now, due to the noise from limited use (supposed to be a quiet machine), three stars.

Got this as the TS, The box was delivered totally destroyed. Thank god The machine works great- dad put it together for me! But missing the Meal plan and DVD- why wasn't it in the box HSN? Geez. Called the pro form cust. serv. but you need the serial # located on the bottom of the machine and to read it will be difficult. Stay tuned. ....

I use the bike often and it's very easy to use. However on the 92nd day after purchase the resistance stopped working. I called Proform and they were pretty much no help! So I had to pay $119 for a appliance mechanic to open the shell around the wheel...where you can clearly see that the resistance mechanism was stuck in the open position(after 90 days)....overall a good bike but expect issues if you are a frequent user. At the low price I had to expect issues because it is cheap and you get what you pay for!!

I want to preface this review by saying I already own 2 Proform pieces of equipment, a bike that was purchased in the mid 80's and a treadmill purchased around 1990. They both are still in great condition so I am a fan of the product. I am disappointed in this particular product primarily because it is manual (no electric plug in) and is not as smooth as your larger electric (and of course more expensive) models. As a matter of fact, it bothers my knees. I think for the money, it is a decent product but not for me. If I could figure out how to send it back assembled, I would. The elliptical I wanted was sold out and came back in after this one shipped.As far as assembly, thank God for my neighbors. There are a lot of pieces. It took over 2 hours for 2 people to assemble and it was not easy getting it up the stairs.

The biggest workout that we got (so far) was getting this thing in the house and then putting it together. We have had it less then a week. The box is huge with a ton of smaller boxes and parts inside. This is not for the weak at heart. It is a huge job figuring out what goes where. Make sure that you have room to spread out.We are still looking forward to the tone lean body. As I said we just got it. So I will keep you updated on how that works. It is setting in front of the main tv so it should at least get noticed.

I gave this 3 stars because the package took way longer to arrive than was promised and the box was so mutilated upon delivery that I was surprised pieces were not broken or missng! It was not easy to assemble either. But once assembled it seems to be good piece of equipment and I have enjoyed using it!
