ProForm® Hybrid Trainer Elliptical and Recumbent Bike with 2 Workout DVDs & Digital Meal Plan

The equipment works good for cardio however it makes a lot of noises. I have seen reviews after the fact that I did research and that is the only issue that I run into.

I bought this machine in April and by June it literally came apart. The metal bar that holds the petal was not welded properly. It could not be fixed. Just returned. The machine was a bit wobbly and not as sturdy as it should be for the weight limit.

If we had known how much assembly was required to use this machine, we would not have purchased it. UPS delivered it with the box so damaged they noted it in case we had to file a claim. We like that the trainer offers 2 different machines in one. The recumbent bike is great to use and necessary since my husband had a hip replaced and using the recumbent bike is great therapy for him.

Havent used it yet, havent gotten it together yet.

Not as happy with this machine as my previous proform elliptical! This machine only takes batteries for the monitor, no power adaptor. If you are short the recumbent bike part is hard to use! Would not recommend buying this machine!

I have nothing good to say the box came all torn in pieces I have no did and it's to many pieces. The ups refuse to take up the steps.i really want to return and I have to get someone to put this machine together.

I purchased this trainer on 3/22/2014. When the special value appeared on 4/22/2014 I called HSN for credit for the difference in how much I had paid over the value and credit was given. Thank you HSN. The downside is that it is now 5/31/2014 and I have still not been able to use this. When the equipment arrived, I received 2 left legs and 2 left arms. I emailed ICON to replace and had to wait over a month to receive the replacement parts. When I got the whole thing put together I found that the grinding sound I experienced when using was a flywheel piece that had to be replaced. So far I have been waiting 2 weeks for it and no sign of the part. Once I receive the part they are sending out a technician to repair the elliptical. Who knows what other problem will be found when they come out. I think HSN should be more picky as to the companies they choose to work with. If they had packed this thing with the correct parts to begin with this would not have happened. I wanted to use this fo

i think the machine would be great, it's much more sturdy than most that I have seen and shopped for. The price at HSN is the cheapest I've seen. Couldn't put it together because the axle piece they sent wouldn't fit. Manufacturer was out of part, 3 wks before back in stock. Returned.

Sent it back with ups gentleman. The box wad half torn, and the box looked used and dusty.. very disappointed.

I ordered this product thru HSN on the 6th of February, I didn't receive it until the 20th do February. I started putting it together on the 21st and by the time I got to the part of assembling the pedals, the pedal for the left was defected, I stopped putting it together and I have been calling ProForms Customer Service and never got anyone on the line to let them know. I am discussed because it took a long time to get this equipment, I can't finish putting it together, I can't use it and I can't contact ProForm's Customer Service Department. Bummer!

I had no idea that this would require so much assembly. Not cool.

I wish I hadn't ordered the display works when it want too I should have just returned it.

has versatility, not a bad purchase seen better out there though

good for the price but the unit squeaks a lot when using it. it also feels kind of flimsy.
