ProForm® Hybrid Trainer Elliptical and Recumbent Bike with 2 Workout DVDs & Digital Meal Plan

Product received damaged due to carrier. Parts ordered and repairman replaced. Still could not finish putting exercise equipment together because found a missing part! Very disappointed in shipping carrier and manufacturer of this equipment. If equipment ever is put together probably will return!

I have had this product less than 60 days and it's breaking apart, I put it together exactly as directed, but I workout a lot. I expected to last me at least a couple years and it's falling apart in just a couple months. It's now worth the asking price. VERY disappointed customer

My rating is for customer service not the product it self because I don't have it yet.......I ordered my item 11/15 and still haven't received it!!! I am soooo disappointed in the customer service, my item never made it to me and I had to find out on my own that the package was returned due to the package was damaged, a re-order was placed on 12/2 and it 12/10th and I still don't have my order, HSN could have sent it next day for the trouble, but noooooooooo.

All I'm gonna say is this item arrived with MANY missing hardware items... I had to identify each and every little missing part to the vendor/supplier, hoping not to miss any part... Adding insult to injury, the parts I needed took FOREVER to arrive... The thrill is now gone, and this item still sits in my family room NOT fully assembled... I should have bought a TredClimber instead...!

Big footprint, and a little clunky. I would take back if it wasn't such a pain to do so.Would not recommend.

I had heard lots of good things about this machine and my boyfriend even has one. His machine is flawless and never has any issues. However, that was not the case with mine which is the exact same model. Right out of the box, there were issues putting it together. It seemed that some of the parts just didn't fit right coming from the factory. So after putting it all together per instructions and using it, it began to make squeaking sounds and grinding noises. The screws kept coming lose as it was used. It got to where every day, the screws had to be tightened...they then became stripped and I had to replace them. When I called PRO-FORM customer service, they indicated that only part number 1 is covered under the limited warranty. So after I replaced the screws, I was using the machine and the back pedal broke at the welding. I wouldn't recommend this machine. It's not as sturdy as it looks and the customer service at PRO-FORM will have you dissapointed. The replacement parts

It has been over 2 weeks still have not reeicved so much for 3-7 business days. I called customer service and they said it can take longer for large items, so do not say 3-7 business days

I've used ellipticals and bikes before. Was looking for something that could be done at home (instead of having to go to gym). I bought this for the versatile use.However, the two options just don't work for short or tall people. It seems like it was made by someone who is an average 5'7 or something. I am short (5'0) and even with the pedals adjusted all the way back, it is too difficult for me to use the bike option. The seat is not adjustable :( so I end up having to sit forward on the sit which is not comfortable. Also, the tilt on the pedals is too high. My husband who is tall (6'1) can use the bike option with more ease. But he has problems using the elliptical part. The elliptical for me is ok but I did have to remove the water holder because my knees kept scrapping against it (which hurts). Also, the heart monitor grips/handles are positioned weird. There is just not enough room/gap between the upper arm handles and these so you can't comfortably hold onto these handles because

I was so excited when I purchased the pro form machine until I opened the box and parts to assemble the machine is missing . I will call the company. I am very disappointed. I rate this machine a 1 because I am not able to use it at this time

product came with all attachments and the box was in good shape. Quite a bit of installation but easy to follow instructions; here comes the problem - when installing pedal legs it was noted that right leg was tweeked at connection to pedal bracket; this comes when you are almost done with the installation of product; now you can not tweek iron to slide over the bracket and since the product is almost completely installed it can not be easily sent back, so now I am stuck with the product warranty service and from what I have read in the reviews, this will not be easy nor timely.

I ordered this machine six months ago. All the parts were enclosed. The distributor dumped it on my door step without notice so I am glad I was not out of the country. It went together well. However, when I started using it; the squeaking and clonking were quite annoying. The clonking came from the enclosed unit that was delivered intact so it came from the manufacturer with the clonking noise. The squeaking seems to be generated because the center of gravity on the metal bars holding the foot pedals are out of alignment. I tested it out by standing behind the foot pedals and the squeaking noise reduced dramatically. Of course, it is not possible to workout while standing behind the foot pedals because they cannot move back due to permanent restrictions on the equipment. No doubt the five star customers received the really good trainers but I was not one of them. I gave it to Goodwill and I will not buy anything more from ProForm. Good luck to future customers. So sorry can't give product review ~ my star is for shipping! packaging! the box was so tore up I had to refuse it! the delivery man and I could see inside and there was damage do what we could see, so who knows what the rest looks like ~ so, I'm waiting, and hoping the next one comes in better shape ~ oh! as he was taking it away the DVD fell out of one of the many holes, crazy they don't package things to withstand the trip it has to make!

I have had this machine for 2 months and have not been able to us it yet! When I received it, it was missing a part, took 3 weeks to get that part. Finally get that part and then the display will not work, wait 2 weeks for that part. And the company could care less. Now I have gone through all this and I no longer want the machine, call HSN and they tell me I have a few more days to return it. Really!! After I have patiently waited to get this machine straight! NO more ordering from HSN or from this company!!!

I would really LOVE to give a good review, but I can't. I have had this for about 3 weeks, and it's still not assembled all the way. I called the company to report a defective piece , and they were not surprised. Apparently this is common. Here it is 3 weeks later, and I am still waiting for that replacement part!! NOT HAPPY! Going to call HSN to see what I have to do to return this item. So I am giving this a 1 star rating eventhough I haven't even tried it out. I guess my rating is really for the company - not the item itself.

A month after ordering, machine still half assembled, waiting for the correct part. Pro form has horrible customer service. HSN should think twice about carrying their products.
