Ninja Storm 40oz. Blender and Drink Maker with Recipes

This product does not chop real fine and food gets stuck in the rim around the bottom

order 1924625267 on11-9-2023 did not receive operation instruction or recipes I though it would come later but nothing yet would be nice if I were able to use it

I use this three to four times a week and the handle is coming off. I have trouble getting the machine to chop up frozen fruit when I make milk shakes so I use a spoon to rearrange the fruit in the body. I have use the heck out of this machine and just love the shakes and breakfast drinks I drink. by the way Ninja is backing their mixer and so I am not out any thing

Although I finally got it working, I have to try a couple of times every time I empty the base and put the top back on. I don't know why. On the plus side, it very quickly chops parsley very fine. Once I get it started again. It's not usual that Ninja makes such a difficult product.

The 1st thing I tried was shaved ice. It got stuck, I guess ice cubes were too big. Tried it again with ice made smaller (filling trays only halfway). Only gave me cracked ice, nothing close to shaved. Any suggestions? I have 4 bottles of Jelly Belly flavorings to use! Thanks, Pat

Rubber seal comes off, food is not consistently chopped small.

My old Wolfgang Puck food processor broke and because of the demo I thought this would be a good replacement. It pulverizes everything I try to do in it. It takes so long for the food to fall down into the blades that it has a variety of sizes of cuttings if you try to stop it too soon so you end up with mush. It works great for making salad dressing. I tried to make cole slaw and ended up with lg chunks of cabbage along with a pile of mush.

Worked well for onions and garlic but not for bell peppers. It either left them in the big pieces I put them in as, or it pulverized them. Easy assembly. Easy to clean. Be sure to hold blade at the tip. Its sharp. Will continue to try other foods in it. Didnt cost much so will keep it but save my Vitamix for my smoothies.

I was excited to get it & when it arrived I put it to work.I was impressed by the power, for it being low wattage. I really like the size of it.It made great smoothies.I was disappointed in a few things.The motor doesn't lock down. I worry I might bump into it & have it topple off the top & break. That is a huge design flaw.And it does not chop different foods together evenly like the videos show, it was mush on the bottom & not cut up on top.I'll keep it, but it's basically a blender.

This machine is a real work horse but as such is heavy & bulky. Does the jobs stated but cumbersome. Love recipe book!

Just never worked as it should.had a ninja blender that was excellentthis is a total disappointment

It works well, but I've only used it about 4 times and the rubber seal broke already!

It's a good product but not for small pieces.

I wanted to love this so much but you have to be really careful with it overheating and shutting down other than that its cute and shreds ice into snow quickly.

I opened the box and was careful taking out but as I was washing I cut my finger, not bad, but I don't know how it happened. Very sharp blades...not for me. Returned
