When I plugged it in it was making a very loud noise, piercing noise. I sent it back and got another one. For a while it was quiet but than the loud noise started up again. I turned it off for a couple of days and tried it again noise was gone. It started again so I took filter off and checked out why. It has something to do with spinning thing. So it makes this loud noise every now and than. Needs a good air purifier so didnt want to send this one back too!!

..any difference in air quality. Came with a rattle in motor area. Get this, snacked the top, and the rattle went away. To big and heavy to return easily. Rare disappointment with a HSN product.

Very quiet. It seems to be working, although I have not noticed much of a difference in the smell of the air. Not that the air is bad I thought there would be a difference that you could smell.

When this was shown on TV they said that you never had to have filters. Just vacuum them out. I have ordered two filters that cost $30 and that's just the outside filters. The big one cost around $64 to replace. I replaced all filters with new ones cost me a pretty penny and the lights still stay on blinking saying it needs to be changed again. Very disappointed in this product and the host on HSN that said the filters never had to be replaced. They do and you have to order them from live pure.

After vacuuming the pre filter, if the light still blinks just hold the filter button for about 4 seconds. you will hear a beep and the light will be reset and turn off,

I believe it works I bought 2 of them but they do make a lot of noise, we shut them off at night because you can't sleep with them on

Really takes odors out of the air and freshens everything up. Would definitely recommend.The only reason I giving it 3 stars is because the design needs some improvements. Very heavy to grasp on the sides and move. I have to drag it. Should have wheels on the bottom.Cord too short, needs a longer cord.

I bought 2 of these and they clean the air well, however; the filters do need to replaced every few months. Go to the manufacturers website & see for yourself. Im disappointed learning this after having them for months & vacuuming the coco filter as suggested here on HSN. The filter kept blinking, which sent me to the manufacturers website to see the coco filter is recommended to be replaced every 3 months & the HEPA filter every 6 months.

When this product first came out I immediately ordered several. This covered my children's homes and my own. These were fine and worked great! I recently ordered another for a good family relation. Unfortunately, this one was not a winner, Smelled like something was burning or overheating. Had to return it, but I also had to paid quite a bit for return postage. Was quite disappointed by this, since I ordered when shipping was free.

I can smell the purifier before I walk into the bedroom. Hoping the smell goes away. It doesn't smell good. I think it's loud on highest setting but seems okay on lowest for sleeping. As will all these purifiers I'm going to have to put tape over the blue lights. I want it "dark" and quiet when I sleep

Not sure why the directions say to replace the filter but HSN"s website says vacuum. Even the host said the filters are cleanable.

I purchased this unit back in Feb.The host explained that you would only have to vacumn the filter and never have to buy another one.Well, I have to purchase the white filter. Even after cleaning it smelled and was filty. Hsn no long had the filter on their site to buy. I had to pay 105.00 for the filter on another site. After this one gets dirty, the unit is going to Goodwill.

Have had it 4 months. Why do I saut onions and it doesnt rid the smell? All cooking odors always linger. I can use a can of Lysol spray and it will rid the odors. Id like to see a scientific review on this oversized purifier, what studies were preformed on air particles? I just paid it off. Im searching for a different one now, but will read reviews first.
