LivePure Bali 550 Sq. Ft. True HEPA Air Purifier w/Extended Warranty

This device was very noisey when I first started using it. It really think something dislodged during shipping. It quieted down and I placed it in the room i wanted filtered. It seemed to be working okay. I changed the filter because the light was on and it wasn't dirty. When I reinserted the filter.. the device is noisey again. The only reason I haven't returned it yet it beause i cannot find a box big enough.

I got this product and barely used. I is so quite you do not know it is working. The last time I turned it one is was making a louder noise than usually. Then it cut off and does not work now. It is 10 months old. It was advertised with 6 year warranty. This true but what they do not tell you is you have to pay to return this monster. It is 24.5 lbs and oversized box. Will cost me $97 to ship. No prepaid label to return or repair shop locally for them to fix it. HSN need to drop LiveBroken!!

seemed to work ok but had clicking some and have an issue getting it replaced so I didn't just return it.

did not work for me. why wasn't it tested before it was sent out. plus the easy free return did not work had to pay for shipping back and still have not heard anything back on that customer for many years and no responce to the returned item.

Like many others who have left feedback for this item, mine also arrived broken. It made a horrible noise when turned on and I could see broken parts flying around inside. Sadly, I discovere that HSN does not stand behind the products they sell. Though the item arrived broken, I had to pay $73.00 to return. I can't think of another retailer that charges the customer return shipping charges for a defective product, especially with so many customers having the SAME issue. Not acceptable.

This was a replacement for 2 that previously arrived broken. This one was also broken and internal pieces fell out of the box just like the other two.

Wish I had paid attention to negative reviews. I'm use to QVC's offer of Easy Return options. Not happy with product, but cheapest return shipping is $128! No easy return option. Looks like they price it so you have to keep it. Will never purchase from HSN again.

this product is very heavy must be over 50 lbs. couldn't find specs, However this isn't the main reason for return. plugged unit in the panel lighting defective and made the worst clanging sound, Box was not damaged.

Plugged it in and it made a banging/rattling noise and the fan was not moving. The easy return label was missing from the invoice so I called customer service and had one emailed to me. I suspect it is was a previously returned item because of the missing return label?

Got it opened it and plugged it in like it said too. Would turn on. After 15 minutes of messing with it it finally started running. Guess we held our tongue right. But the next time we tried to use it same thing. Not worth the Hassel.

Product arrived would not even light up let alone turn on. Also could tell fan was loose or broken with rattling around just moving it while packaging. Product over exaggerated on show.

After opening box and removing item I plugged it in and heard a horrible rattling sound. Unplugged unit and took filters out to find a piece of the fan had broken off. Now I have the hassle of trying to return it.

What can I say, its broken. Sounds like its limping along. Internally when looking with flash light the fan is not working properly. Returning when I can get it back in box. Weighs 25 pounds.

It was broken when I received it. Sounded like something inside was broken and making noises.

Opened box removed purifier and a bunch of broken pieces fell out from the fan area sent back for refund
