LivePure Bali 550 Sq. Ft. True HEPA Air Purifier w/Extended Warranty

Ordered this filter about a year and a half ago. I had 3 other hepa air purifiers from a top hepa filter company so I did not start using this until about a 6 months after purchase. In spite of cleaning the pre filter a couple of times, the smell coming from the unit is terrible. It smells like fish. After reading how much trouble others have had with paying for it's return, I will chalk it up as a loss and sit it out for trash day.

From first day we used the air purifier until returning the unit it gave off a bad smell that smelled like plastic. This smell was so bad it caused my throat to burn. We had it in our bedroom so we could not run it at night because of the smell The smell was still there the next morning.

I got this from HSN actually (2)/ One was fine the other was damaged from the factory.1) Fan sounds like a freight train when trying to run. 2) Piece was broken off it and no damage to the shipping box. 3) Filter was missing from the product.To me this seems like a parts product that got package and shipped to me. Now trying to send it back for an exchange I have to pay Shipping (lowest I could Find was $60) for a product that cost me $89.Wow great way for HSN to make money. Send a defective

I had to send the unit back, when I plugged it in, there was a clicking noise and didn't seem like enough air was coming out even on high. I did request a new replacement unit.

So far I'm on my third one It's a very nice looking unit The first one had a small noise in the fan. The second one wouldn't even blow air the fan was broke off the motor. The third one has a noise and a severe wobble in the fan. Needless to say its getting returned

I like the color and look of the air purifier that I ordered and it works well but it has two design issues that aren't good for seniors or persons with back issues1: 1) Wheels need to be put on the bottom of it because the unit is heavy and 2) The cord needs to be longer.

The one I got had a BAD fan it was out of balance I sent it back and am waiting for a replacement hope it;s right this time.

Day that it was received, sounded like broken pieces rattling inside. Called HSN to return. Returned the same day, 10 days later, no credit to my account yet. Frustrated to say the least.

I purchased 2; one worked the other one didn't. The one that didn't work had a knocking/rattling sound when I plugged it in. I called HSN so that the rep can listen to the knocking/rattling sound. I asked for a replacement. I hope I don't have any problems with the other one that's currently working. I hope the replacement works. 1 star because one didn't work.

Not impressed. Did not remove cooking odors. Left it running for hours...odor still there. Item not as advertised!

Seems user. My black pre filter had a couple white specks on it and a section looks dusty. The motor is making a light rattling noise like it has many hours logged. It definitely emits a smell. To me, the smell is after a rain and you know its not because the air is clean. The smell starts the second you plug it in out of the box. My husband thinks its some sort of oil smell. no

Please make sure you really want this unit before you order it. I am not commenting on the quality of the unit as I never even took it out of the box. I wanted to cancel the order but it shipped before I could. When I went to print a return label, I had to "Return on my own..." COST ME $55. Not happy.

I purchased a few months ago now it is making a weird knocking noise. I have to send to manufacture for repairs or replacement. I have to pay for shipping on top of already paid for product.

Not sure if it works well or not. Unfortunately it sounded like a washing machine on spin dry. So have to return.

should have casters when i cook have on all day and does not kill odors so what if its quiet stuck with it more money down the drain
