GPX 9" Portable DVD and CD Player with Carry Case and Car Charger

I bought this intending to give it to my grandson so he could watch his movies and finish them later if he wanted to, but when testing the DVD player before giving it to him I found that the player would not restart the movie where I left off but rather start the movie all over again. This is not what was shown on the TV or video by the host. I will keep it for myself as i can sit through a whole movie but not what I originally wanted.

When I bought this I was happy it came with a case but the case is too small for the headphones and player, why?? I expected they would fit since they were bought together. Poor design. Players screen is pretty small.

Easy to use and travel with. Just do not like that you cannot replace the battery in the unit. So can only plug it in to an out let when the battery gets old. (wont take a charge any longer)

At time of purchase nothing was stated in writing or verbal that states does not play blu-ray, all equiptment does not fit in bag & cheaply made. I thought the purpose of the demonstrations was to lend to credibility & answer questions we may have. If I have to spend extra time reading All of the fine print I can shop online verses on air. I have heard hosts say incorrect info or omit things too many times. I would like to know both sides & make an informed decision on facts, NOT omissions!

This is a nice little unit with a good picture but the volume control is horrible. Even with the sound turned up all the way its hard to hear when watching a DVD. So because of that we are sending it back.
