Bad experience with hsn, (kcamp0216 CO)12/21/2022
The car is cool but ours arrived completely dead. Even when charged up the batteries are complete duds. We contacted hsn and they were very little help. We ordered two of these - one pink and one green and they sent us two green ones. While i love how the car looks, we cant actually use them until we replace the batteries so im unhappy more with the service and upset the batteries are dead.
