EcoFlow Tech DELTA 2 Power Station with Powerstrip

I feel the comments on the broadcast were misleading.Live in FL bought because of a comment made that it could give 17hrs of support for a fridge. That was poorly worded since it depends on what fridge you have and what size but I thought maybe I could get 10 hrs or 14 hrs. I received it right before Milton, it charged phones and 3.5 hrs of fridge no more. Solar panel will charge it in over 24hrs of peak sun, so a few days if lucky. I never got more than 70watts. Wasted effort & $, returning it.

I purchased this unit to not only help in power outage situations but also to power portable room air conditioner. Purchased in June of 2024. When Helene and Milton hit my area of Florida and I'm without power the unit last for 35 minutes running only the portable air conditioner. A complete waste of money. With no recourse to send back now. Very very very disappointed. At no point during the presentation does it say that it will not power a portable room air conditioner. So disappointed!

On the magic of tv they have several different appliances running at the same time . Showing 5-10 hours of power remaining. Baloney!!I plugged a small 16 inch fan in by itself and had 4 hours off power with battery fully charged.1800 watts? maybe for10 minutes.please don't depend on this to be a life saver for a power outage.Charge your cell in your car,going back for sure!!!

We received it and tried to charge it kept discharging in stead of charging went from 33% charge down to 17% charge we gave up. Then we tried to pair it to cell phone and it would not pair.

I experienced three days of a power outage with Hurricane Beryl. I ordered product and anxiously waited for the arrival. I'm so disappointed with the system. After charging it for several hours, I tried plugging in a lamp. Nothing! I tried a two-slice toaster. Nothing! I managed to get a slow charge from my cell phone. Needless to say, I'm returning it.

I did not order this item and had not ever ordered an item to pay with a one time payment. HSN did nothing to stop this order. I had to wait to refuse it when it came to my house. It has almost been a month and I have still not been credited for this item so I am even being charged interest on a very expensive item I do not want. So very disgusted.

Fully charged, running 1 ten foot string of LED fairy lights, this generator only lasted for 4 hours. What a joke. My Halo bolt does better. Then, when I went to set up the solar panels, there were no cables to attach the solar panels to the Ecoflow so it is USELESS. How can a company sell a generator with solar panels without including the cables to connect the solar panels to the generator to charge it. Very Frustrating. Make sure to try this gadget out before you actually need it

This product kept shutting off. This product is defective and I have been trying to get return labels. I have called numerous times to no avail. The first time I was told the return labels would be mailed to me but I never received them. The next time I was told the labels would be emailed to me. Now for the 3rd time I am being told the return label was mailed to me and I should receive them in 7-10 days. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from this manufacturer

I loved the idea of being able to recharge the unit with solar power. But we have been "charging" for three days now and the power only went up 25%. Which in a true emergency would be worthless. If we could only use the unit once a week. BCK IT GOES
