I have been buying steak from the sister station and have not been that pleased but my whole family loves this steak so much that I have two auto deliveries.100% satisfied.

I am so happy with the taste of these medallions and I will be purchasing these again in the near future.They are absolutely delicious!

This arrived totally frozen and still had dry ice on the container. I ordered it for one of my son and he said it was good.

I followed the suggested cooking recipe and they came out medium rare just like I like my beef. They were tender and tasted great.

thawed one out and ate it right away, omg, so delicious. 4 stars because i didnt get the booklet to go with the steaks and i am a lousy cook.

Like the medallions. I have gotten 3 autoship deliveries. Second one came with NO dry ice package at all so of course thawed. I have not received the recipe booklet in any of the three deliveries. Have watched the video and he does not explain how to cook. So want to enjoy these as love they are grass-fed and right size for one person.

I made these for Christmas and I couldnt believe how dark the edges of the steak were! They smelled and I had to cut off certain parts of the meat in order to serve my guests! Unacceptable!

This is my third auto-ship delivery of having this product. I was very pleased with the quality, size and taste.This year, I intended to cook this for Christmas for my family.I was expecting the delivery for a certain day, but it was delayed for some unknown reason. It arrived 2 days past expected arrival date - the plastic packaging was ripped open, the exterior and interior of the Styrofoam box had blood emerging from it. The dry ice completely melted and more blood inside.No dinner for Xmas

I will say it was tender[I used tenderizer on it] but what was presented had nothing to do with what I received.2 to a package ,,I thought one broke into ,,could not believe the 2 in the package was Anywhere what I thought I ordered as seen on TV. ..they were Very small.
