Using it at the beginning was great and powerful. Now it makes noises and not picking up the water.

works great the only annoying issue is the dirty water compartment. you thi nk it would fill to the top but it's less then half you have to dump the dirty water. plus the machine will then make a noise & stop sucking up the shampoo. so my carpet drench till i figured it out. so doing an area rug had to dump 3-4x.... & filled up w/ soap twice but did a great job & dried quickly.

Not sure why or how but most of the stains come out but return days later. I have tried All the settings to no avail. I have to watch the video on using the upholstery cleaner cuz I have tried several times and can't get it to work. The upright carpet cleaner is very easy to use and I can get two decent sized carpets done on a full tank. I love the little black clean out tool it gets all the hair and gunk out of the roller brush with ease. Hopefully I can figure out why the stains keep returning

Carpet cleaner is a breeze to use and does a great job. My only complaint is that the brush roller still spins in place while using the hose and attachments and leaves a spot on the carpet with water which I then have to clean. Customer support advised me to buy the Rinse & Storage Tray so that "you may stand the Carpet Cleaner on the Tray and no damage will be done to your Carpet". $35 more dollars and I hope that will solve my problem. Seems like this is a design flaw.

this worked as well but no better as any other carpet cleaner I have used. However it is more light-weight and easier to use than others. Also easy to take apart & clean when I'm done. The accessories are good for cleaning upholstery, stairs and other small areas. It is loud so I use ear protection.

While not a replacement for a professional carpet cleaning, this is good for high traffic areas and accidents in between. I do wish there was a better attachment for furniture and under the bed. I appreciate that it holds heat and its easy to clean. I do run a rinse cycle on my carpets with a separate tank of water after cleaning, but I was told that was up to me. Overall I think this is a good machine.

I ordered a silver one and received a purple one, do not like the color. The first two days after a thorough cleaning of carpets looked great, but then showed the same dirt spots afterwards. Ill go over them again, hence a generous 4 star. Easy to use and assemble.

Used it as soon as I got it. Worked great. Easy to fill and empty.

LEAKED! I am not "mechanical" so my "better half" who is, was the one to put it together. First test was the stairs. The unit immediately leaked all over the floor at the base of the stairs upon starting! The "issue" was that the rubber washers do not seat/seal on the hose attachment and MOVE allowing water to get past! "Teflon Tape" was used to fix this! It worked fine after that and did a beautiful job! If I hadn't had help, it would have been RETURNED! Should not need to be FIXED or ADJUSTED!

I received this a few days ago and have already used it several times. Slowly going through my rooms to clean the carpets. It was very easy to assemble and use. I had a specific traffic area that needed very deep cleaning and it came out perfect. I would have given it 5 stars except that, when finished, there is some water left in the base/sweeper which dribbles out; I put paper toweling underneath it and leave it in my bathroom or kitchen until it is dry. Very easy to clean the unit, itself.

Operates well and shampoos some tough areas in our carpets. Doesn't allow for much volume of cleaning solution so the refilling of the clean formula chamber is frequent. Only other con is carpet fibers are always clogging the sucking mechanism so needs cleaning and/or servicing before shampooing one carpet is done, even though we vacuum thoroughly before the shampoo.

Light weight and easy to use

I had an older Bissell carpet cleaner. There are things about my old one I preferred. I liked being able to use water only as the cleaning solution was in a separate reservoir. The new cleaner has great suction and cleans really well. It is rather loud. I would like to be able to stop the rotation of the roller bristles when using hand attachment. Hand attachments are easy to use. All in all I like my new carpet cleaner

Cleans carpet great, but, brushes did not do a good job on floors. When filled with water, machine is hard to maneuver.
