Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner with Tools

I also have Hoover Elite,I think it works better than Pro Heat.Cant tell a difference with water staying warm while using.Next day your carpet needs to be vacuumed,leaves carpet with odd look.Wish I opened & used it when I ordered it (I do that a every time).Only 2nd time using. Didnt seem to clean the carpet much, but water was dirty looking. This machine goes through water extremely fast, faster than Elite.

Mostly, the machine did work for scrubbing the rug. The part where you use the attachment for upholstery and for stubborn stains, did not function. It did release the water and formular , but did not vacuum up the water. Tried it many times and did not work. It was too late (over 30 days) for me to return it, so I have to keep it. I feel I received a defective product. I guess I have to cut my losses Will never buy a bissell again. Tools very not working or defective

I'm not sure why it's so loud, I just recieved mine, used it once, and it's so loud I need ear plugs.

I would not buy it again but too much to return so Ill keep it. A lot of work cleaning it . I used express clean for a hallway didnt see much water filling the dirty water tank . I took it apart cleaned roller brushes then filter the 2 plastic covers it was just too much too often on the floor with this machine. Did the carpet come clean ..Yes.

Missing a user guide. I also thought Bissell would be made in America, sadly, it says Malaysia on the box. I will have to go to the Bissell website to try and find a user guide. I hope it is worth the trouble.
