Beekman 1802 Goat Milk Shampoo & Conditioner

The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful! But...the bottles are impossible to squeeze to get the product out. I have to remove the flip top lid and pound the bottle into the palm of my hand to get the shampoo or conditioner. Please add a pump or provide a more pliable container.

The shampoo and conditioner are great but the bottles are very hard to use since they are not very flexible and it is hard to squeeze the shampoo and conditioner out, specially for small, old hands.

My hair is softer & slicker so far. Only thing is the bottles are hard to squeeze & I had to remove the cap. A package with a thinner material where it will be easier for the "young at heart" at 66 yrs can squeeze would be helpful. Just a thought.

So basicly ordered this a few months ago on auto ship for 19.99 for both shampoo and conditioner was excited to get it this month and it says extended delivery so I called and ask hey is it being shipped soon the guy on phone says oh in sept I ask why sept what happened to my auto ship ? hSN youve got nerve selling auto ship and not honoring it fir your customers I watched your beekman shows last week and you sold it all out and I thought oh Im getting it soonDont tell me you all are honest!

The shampoo/conditioner is fine. The bottles they came in, not so much. Very hard to get out. Suggestion would be to have a more pliable plastic so it would be easier to get out, or go to a pump. This may keep me from ordering more. The shampoo/ conditioner is good. I would recommend it for that.

Love product. However, I have arthritis in my hands which makes containers hard to squeeze to get product. Either softer containers or pumps would be appreciated.

Love the shampoo and conditioner but prefer the rose as its more moisturizing.

Have tried both the Vanilla Absolute and the Ylang Ylang & Tuberose shampoos/conditioners - and love them - but these small bottles are terrible. HARD plastic - hard to squeeze the product out. And the bigger pump bottles are never available.

I like the quality of the products but the scent is very faintIt really makes my hair feel clean and my hair looks nice

Packaging good, shipping fast. The scent is very nice. Shampoo is very hydrating but very watery. Conditioner is very hydrating but so thick it won't come out of bottle. I literally have to take top off and dig it out to apply it. The product is good but watery and too thick.

Tried this for the first time per a friend's recommendation (I already have the body/hand cremes & soaps) - love the scent and how it makes my hair feel. ONLY complaint - the bottles! Even with the first use - very hard to squeeze to get the product out (even without hand dexterity issues) I tried the smaller bottles just since it was my first use - I would hope the bigger bottles with pumps are easier...

I am trying hard to clean up my products and went with this Beekman Shampoo set to see how good it is. I am very impressed. It cleans my hair squeaky clean. Love it. The vanilla scent is mild and pleasant. I would have given the set 5 stars except for one thing - the conditioner is so thick that it is extremely difficult to get it out of the squeeze bottle. I have to take off the cap and slam it into my hand several times to get anything out of the bottle. The conditioner itself works well!

Love this But needs a pump in this size. Extremely hard to get conditioner out of the bottle.

Love this. Love all of your products. Could I make a suggestion that when people order this, Please send a pump for each bottle. The product is very hard to get out. Though I like both the shampoo and conditioner it is hard to use because of my arthritis. Would order again though if you included pumps. Otherwise probably would not reorder.

Love the smell and the way it makes my hair feel. Only thing I don't like is trying to get the conditioner out of the bottle. Either a pump, more squeezable bottle or larger cap that allows upside down storage would be great.
