Beekman 1802 Goat Milk Shampoo & Conditioner

This product is a great product; however, it is a nightmare to squeeze out of the bottle. Never seen anything like it! It is bad enough that I am not sure whether I will order it again. The first time I got it, I thought it was just a fluke, and there was something wrong with the bottles. But the second time was proof that it was, apparently how they make the product, which is extremely flawed.

The bottles are to hard had to to transfer products to soft bottles

I really enjoy this line of products. However, this is more difficult to get out of the bottle then cold maple syrup. So, you take off the top and squeeze the bottle to glunk it out. I got tired of fighting with the bottle. I can't imagine if you had an issues squeezing things. I am pretty strong and I coudn't manage.

Love the shampoo and conditioner, but hate the bottles. They are very hard plastic and it is impossible to squeeze out product. Had to take off cap and shake out shampoo and conditioner. They are both very thick. For this reason, I probably won't purchase again. For the record, I am an adult with no physical problems and still cannot get this stuff out of the bottles.

I ordered this 6/24/23. I wanted the smaller bottles for a trip. Well,trip over with now. I received this 8/9/23. Why the long delay? Thats ridiculous

So disappointed! I love Beekman products & I particularly love their Ylang Ylang & tuberose scent; unfortunately, the plastic bottle is so HARD I cant squeeze any product out!! I had to unscrew the cap on the shampoo to be able to get it out but the conditioner is so thick, its impossible to dispense, especially with wet soapy hands! I have no other option but to return it I hope the guys read this review & consider a tube in the future.

I am giving this a 3 because the smell is over whelming or me, too sweet. I felt that the product did weigh my hair down. Hair cleaned well and conditioned good.

Seemed watered down. Need large amount to wash, conditioner was useless.

TINY bottles. The presenter said you only used a small amount so I figured it would last a long time. Using the tiny amount demonstrated does NOT get your hair clean at all. I have a long bob cut so my hair doesn't come to my shoulders. I had to use the normal amount I would use with any shampoo. It is way too expensive to have to use that amount. My hair looked like it did with my normal shampoo. No reason to spend the money for a meh product.

Cant get the conditioner out of the bottle for it wont dispense without taking the cap off. Fragrance is clean and shampoo doesnt do much for my thick hair. Wont order again.

The shampoo and conditioner are nice but the containers they come in are too hard to squeeze the product out. The conditioner bottle is little bit softer but the shampoo bottle is not. The only way I can use these products is to put them in another container. Having to do this is not worth the effort when other products can do the same job. I would return them but the cost of the return shipping/handling is not worth it. I would not buy again.

I really like the products themselves they leave my hair soft and shiny. Im holding back on 5 stars because of the packaging of the conditioner the product is thick and should be in a tube the plastic bottle is attractive but very rigid and its difficult to get the conditioner out of the bottle Wet hands on a slippery bottle doesnt help. They need to repackage this in a tube mixed feelings about recommending

Bottles too hard to get product out, especially conditioner. I may have to cancel my auto delivery if bottles are not changed.

Like the shampoo but the plastic bottle containers the product is on is ridiculously too HARD to use.. why cant that be softer for people with bad hands?!

I do not have arthritis or dexterity issues with my hands so I wasn't expecting to have any problems squeezing these bottles. Well I was wrong! I tried taking the top off which made it easier to get the shampoo out, but still was really difficult to get the conditioner out of the bottle. PLEASE fix this issue! The products themselves are good, but getting them out of the bottle is so difficult it's actually a deterrent for reordering.
