After waiting for product due to back order. Conditioner bottle ARRIVED not sealed & leaked some in box. Called to replace but was discontinued. Wanted to keep Shampoo but was told to get a refund I had to ship it all back. They would not do a partial refund. Not sure who was responsible for shipping an open bottle but now I lost my $10 credit in trying this product. BUYER BEWARE HSN WILL NOT STAND BY PROBLEMS LIKE THIS. LIQUID PRODUCTS MAY BADLY PACKAGED and UNSEALED.

I am a huge Beekman fan I buy all their skincare lotion products however this product is terrible does not do what it says it does was very disappointed would not buy it again

I tried and it stripped my air, made it frizzy. My daughter also tried it and the results were the same for her. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was very excited to try these products! I have thin, fine hair and am very sensitive to fragrance so this is a perfect fit. The first use my hair felt like straw and I had a hard time detangling. Had to put my hair back because it felt so gross and weighed down. I have tried it again, using more shampoo which helped a lot. I also used more conditioner and my hair was finally soft. However, these bottles are so small, so expensive and I have to use so much product it's just not worth it.

The product is great! Purchased on AS so my daughter doesn't run out. It was a good deal and a cheaper price. Now they say they can't deliver it on the AS for months - BUT HERE IT IS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE ! What a scam! Don't fill the autoship so they can sell at a higher price.

I love some of Beekman's products, but not this one. My hair feels like STRAW! I'm going to wash my hair all over again, before it fall out. I'll just go back to WEN FIG.

The "pure" sells like wet card board when shampooing. Too late to return threw in the trash. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Used this shampoo and conditioner for over a couple months and and it left my unmanageable. Wouldn't even hold a curl. Too fly away, no volume at all. Waste of money. Wish I could send it back

Actually, this doesn't suds much at all. I wish I had never ordered it. I will continue using my regular cheap shampoo. It works much better than Beekman.

I don't know why they did away with the big ones. These are so hard to open. Imagine the people that have a artritus !!!!! I don't have it and it's still hard to squeeze it out of the bottle. If you take the top off too much comes out. The big ones had a pump

First of all, this is a very drying shampoo and I have normal hair. On the directions of the shampoo it says to use a dime size portion......well, more like a half dollar because I could not even get partly lathered with a dime size. Then I went to read the directions on the conditioner and it was the same directions as the shampoo (telling me to wash with a dime size and then use the conditioner). What gives??? Sure not the quality I expected. I will not order again.
