Have used TENS units before and this one was just not a good value.

had 2 send 1st 2 back because sent out w/ bad batteries & I thought item just didn't work- after 3rd one caught on & used my own batteries & good 2 go. really helps with severe pain while using but pads lose their sticky & fall off fairly quickly (on clean dry skin). have 2 secure w scarf. battery issue a bit sketchy-should remedy that ASAP. alot of unnecessary aggravation. Asked 4 & was told I'd get shipping refunded 4 replacement but never happened.

For me the product works only when I am using it. As soon as I ended using it, the pain returned.

This product has given me relief from chronic abdominal adhesion pain. The biggest problem for me is that it can only be set to use for 30 minutes at a time. I have had a tens unit for years that was prescribed by my Dr. and I was told I could use it as I went about my day (all day) and or while I sleep. Having to reset this unit every 30 minutes is making me crazy. Might not keep it for this reason. The pads are causing my skin to itch some and I didn't have that problem with the prescribed one. Might see if my insurance will pay for me to get a new one. With all the recent changes with medical benefits, it doesn't look good, but that's another story!

I wanted this to be my miracle to living without the use of pain pills, I have Lupus and this did not help me. I read online that it has helpd some, but honestly it felt more like stings with every pulse. I cannot give it a bad review because it did come with all the accessories, the batteries worked well and it appeared to operate as designed. Only negative I did notice that the dial did not stay lite/bright long nor glow in the dark, so you cant see the settings after the back light fades.

I'm rating this a 3 star because I realize that sometimes things don't work. No one can make 100% of products perfect without a lemon in the batch, so I will send this back and re-evaluate when I have received a replacement. We were really excited to order this since there are 3 people in my home with terrible back, neck, shoulder and hip pain. My daughter's doctor uses this during treatment and she swears by it. Can't wait to get my replacement and I will update when I have tried that one out.

First thing I did was watch the CD that came with unit. The CD was BROKEN and skipped all over the place. I read the book and put the batteries in. The batteries were DEAD! The book does not have enough pictures for placements and modes to go with them I'm still figuring it all out a week later. I'm college educated but still found information lacking. This unit is less expensive then professional units and I like the waist belt.

I got this in hopes of reducing the pain medication that I was on, using preset programs & timing. I have had it for 3 days & have not needed to take any medication to avoid unbearable pain. It has not eliminated all pain, but I can handle the level that remains. The 3 AAA batteries wear down in power quickly so plan on replacing them or recharging them frequently. My recommendation would be to redesign the unit to take a 9V battery like other TENS units use. Give it a try.

Love the product. Sad that battery compartment is so cheaply made. I see this as a future problem. Batteries are hard to fit in a cheap and tight area. Outside of that, it's taking care of my pain without drugs.

WOW! The manual with the "don't's" is overwhelming! I need an interpreter to give me the information on how to use it effectively. I am going to watch the DVD again, but if it is still negative, I will return it.

Sorry to say I had to send this back. The sticky substance was to harsh on my skin. If anyone is on medication that thins the skin, you should be very cautious. Perhaps Tony Little should mention this when he is endorsing the product. I do however think it is a good product for others.

i loved the leopard pattern so I decided to buy one just for myself. the first day it fell out of the holder. the last model was so much better. this one may be leopard and cute but mine broke the first day when it fell out of the new designed clip/holder. it still works but i am disappointed. someone in quality control should have refused this before being sold to customers. i am bothered about this since this was not an inexpensive item. tony little and hsn has disappointed me on this part and it is a shame since it really is a good and effective item for pain management.

The product is a decent product, it is good for minor pain relief nothing more

I have never written a review before, but felt I had to let people know what I experienced with this product. First, the pulsing sensation is exactly as described in the ads. I felt it gave a very good deep tissue massage, and was quite relaxing. The problem came when I tried to remove the electrode pads. The material they use to adhere the electrode pads to the skin is extremely strong and when I pulled the pads off my lower back area, some of my skin came off with them. Needless to say, it was rather painful. I tried a second time thinking the adhesive would be less strong, but the same thing happened. I believe the Aurawave is a good product which performs as advertised, but some attention might be given to the adhesive used on the electrode pads.

Had to return, would turn on but no power to the pads. Did feel kind of cheaply made but others have one that works. HSN is having UPS pick it up, thanks.....
