I really couldn't rate the device because I was unable to use it. During the presentation I did not hear any contraindications regarding it's use. When I read the warnings about not using it if you have high blood pressure or any metal in your body, I knew I couldn't use it. It would be great if that info was given up front as the cost for returning it was significant.

There is only 1 port to plug the leads into. the leads are not long enough to use on my knee. They need to be about 2 to 3 feet long so you can clip the tens unit on you pants. I have already shipped this back.

I did not like the feeling of this the tingling actually hurt and I was going to send it back, but my boyfriend took it instead for his back. It didn't seem to bother him the way it did me. I just could not use it.

Cute, but will not stay on as long as the other unit I owned. I would give it only 2 stars.

It more of a massager, had it on for 3hrs and never got rid of the pain was a bit of a nuisance.

when it works I love it but the batteries only last about 10 minutes I have to put new batteries in it every time I use it!! I love how it feels but would go broke in buying batteries; it is going back!! when Tony comes up with a new battery pack for it I will order it again but it's not worth having to change batteries with every use 10 minute use!!!

I couldn't even figure out how to use it! When I tried it I got shocked sent it back!

i am very familiar with tens units. this one is very painful to use. the programs are not clearly defined and difficult to understand. returned promptly.

There are a lot of "pain stimulators" out there and this is just another one of them. Lots on the market are significantly cheaper than this one was. I tried to return it but HSN is saying that it was a "final sale" product...nonsense.

If you have any implanted medical devices such as pace maker, stimulator, pain pump, etc. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT, i have a pain pump and since I heard no warnings during the TL presentation of this product (I watched several) and even call CSR, was told that there were no known issues. So I'm telling you now ti BEWARE of using this item without seeking info from YOUR OWN DR. It caused my pain pump to malfunction, and lucky for me, it felt strange, do I suspected a problem. CAUTION PLEASE.

I am not saying that this is a bad product, but it did not work for me. Yes it was a good feeling, but after I turned the machine off the pain returned. I only had relief while using the machine. I hope it works for others, but for me I had to return it.

Very disappointed. Batteries that came with it were dead already. Put new batteries in and used it for 15 minutes and batteries were dead again. Changed batteries a 3rd time the next day, and they lasted for only 12-15 minutes. Not cost effective at all. Sending it back. Too expensive to go through batteries so quickly. :(

I was looking to tone my abs but putting it on a hard work out made my abs hurt!! I am not out of shape by any means,but No need to for the pain that's for sure! I will send it back! If you look at the people who use it on TV, they are bodybuilders who already have tone abs!

I bought this because I have this done to me at physical therapy. I thought I could duplicate it at home, but having difficulty getting the pads where needed. Therefore, not sure this equipment is for me. Satisfaction undetermined.
