I liked this and it worked well for about 3 weeks and then it quit working. If it would have been functional I would have never sent it back.

Was very mislead during the presentation when this was the TSV. As all the other (less than 4 star reviews) mention, it was never mentioned if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, BP meds, other meds you are not to use this product. It was delivered late, in a small, plastic torn bubble envelope. How it got here undamaged is beyond me. The bag was so dirty when I seen it come from HSN I was shocked. Then I was told by customer service I had to pay for the shipping because there was no return label included. I was also advised to seek medical advice to see if my dr. would approve it. #1 I don't have 'walk in privliges & need an appt which generally takes weeks. #2. Do you seriously think my medical insurance is going to pay for me to seek out medical advice on whether I can use this product? I can go on & on but will stop here. Just read ALL the reviews before leaping on the band wagon with this product.

Don't bother. This unit is nice at first but cheaply made. The performance will not last. My unit was used twice and now it do not work. Replaced batteries still no response. I got to pay for it anyway. Give this 0.

This machine was so poorly packaged!! I bought it for a gift but sent it back - would never give someone an electronic gift that came packaged like this one, in a flimsy envelope! The machine barely even fit in the shipping envelope - I had to find a box to return it. I didn't trust that it had made it through the mail without being damaged it was shipped so poorly. Also, there's a bunch of pieces to it, so it really needs to be packaged in a BOX and then shipped in a BOX!!!! Not the first time I've had a complaint lately about HSN's packaging - got a t-shirt last week that came in a box big enough for a whole wardrobe - what a waste!!!! C'mon, HSN - you can do better!!!!

The pads say they last for a long time. Dont believe it. I missed the 30-day return deadline or I would have return this EXPENSIVE pad using thing. DONT BUY.

I received this unit via regular mail. It was not even packaged in a box. It came in a very lightly padded envelope. The equipment appeared to be used. The batteries were out of the package, the electrodes were not even packaged nor was the belt. It looks like this shipped from AuraWave directly vs HSN. Even the packing slip was poor quality. Not HSN Standards. Needless to say I am sending back.

This does not meet my expectations. It did not help with my muscle pain. It did not relax my muscles. It is a joke. Then I wanted to return it, but HSN kept on saying, I couldn't return it.

I had the same issue as another reviewer. I received the unit rolled up in a polybag. No original packaging . It must've been a returned /used unit. I did not even bother taking it out of the bag since I had ordered a new one. I just taped up the bag & called customer service. Unfortunately I was told that unless I wanted to lay out the money for shipping & insurance, I had to wait for the manufacturer to mail a return label. After calling twice because I never received the label, I paid for the shipping myself to return it. A very poor customer service experience. HSN had said that AFTER I paid for the shipping, to call them yet AGAIN and give them the tracking number and amount of shipping and when they received it back, they would credit me the shipping. I wonder who is paying for my time, gas and aggravation? I work long hours which is why I shop online to begin with (for the "convenience"!).

I received Aurawave yesterday afternoon. TheBelt came rolled up in a small bubble envelope with the accessories. There was no original packaging. The belt was stretched out and used. I tried it anyhow. The back pads were sticky and hard to remove. I would have given this item a top rating if it had been new. It works well. Would have kept it. But must return it.

I have a defillbillator pacemaker and you do not advertise that we can not use this product before ordering and having to pay for it to be shipped back. Very upset with your lack of warnings when advertising.

comes in a bag not box, dont buy.

I have a small T,E.N.s unit I got from a Chiropractor years ago. I use it now because I get awful cramps in my legs and the tens unit stops them. I get them when I am laying in bed. I have been to the Chiropractor & to theraphy but it has not stopped them. When I have a problem I put my unit on for about a day and a half and then I may not have to use it for a couple of weeks. The pads are flat (not with big snaps like the T/L one) and I can wear it under my clothes and it can't be seen. The T/L unit has those BIG snaps that stick up and can be seen through your clother so it can't be worn when you go out!!!! The T/L unit is TOO BIG, TOO HEAVY & it is VERY TOP HEAVY!!! It only runs for 30 mins and then you have to start it again!!!! I have found other faults with the T/L unit but I won't take up all the room writing them. You don't want to have to keep starting it. There is nothing about it I like. It is going back come Monday!!!! I guarantee you this was on sale because they are getti

This is the first item from HSN that I am not pleased with. It is cheaply made for one thing the controller just about fell apart in my hand when I opened the package. It arrived like a "re-packed" item like it was used or something, each piece in plastic bags, no box or anything. I tried it out and it does provide somewhat of a relaxing massage when used on your back but other than that I'm not impressed. Then I saw that you shouldn't use it if you have a stent or other implant. I tried to return it right away... HSN wouldn't allow me to return it which I thought was really odd for HSN. So I'm stuck with it and have been trying to find someone who could get some kind of use out of it.
