Power Cloud Repair and Smooth Hair Dryer

Could just be my hair but I didn't get the results that I wanted. After using I still had to use my straightener to get smooth, sleek hair. Wanted to love it, but back it goes!

Not impressed. Did not perform as advertised. Very heavy.

They made it look easy when on air and how to use this hair dryer . . it is very heavy and even though I read the instructions I still did not know how to use the positive and negative ion settings . . instructions did not help . . I took it to my hairdresser and they loved the look of it . .but they did not have the time to show me how to use it either . . I shipped it back . . maybe you will have better luck and have more patience . .

Still trying to use it it's not easy to use. A lot of buttons and got to figure out which one you need to dry your hair. Plus the directions are on the box and a very hard to read because of the same color as the box almost so it's hard to figure out by the directions either.

I don't think it did all the things they claimed it does. I was hoping for faster drying, smoother hair and I don't see that it did anything different from my $39.00 hair dryer that I got at Meijers.However, I am keeping it because it has got a great, long electrical cord that doesn't get all knotted up. I can use it at either mirror when he's shaving - so for that, it is worth it.

While I LOVE the sturdy feel, and sound of this dryer, my instructions were NOT clear as to which was for repair and which switch was for smooth. So I use it but AM doing so, purely guessing.

Maybe I used it incorrectly, there was no DVD or directions.... but my hair looked good for a few hours, then I went out and frizzed a lot! I returned it... very pretty...weighs a lot!

I have carpel tunnel and this hair dryer is really heavy. There is no way I can use it so it''s going back.
