This thing is SO SO SO VERY HEAVY!!!! I can barely hold it up while trying to dry my hair. I will say that it does seem to dry quicker but I will probably have to return it.

There are no instructions on how to use or what all the buttons are & what they do. I was frustrated. So I sold it on an auction site.

\ I was excited to try this after watching the presentation but not so excited after using this for a few weeks as the dryer is very heavy and really dries out my hair and have kept it too long to return.

Not overly great and a little inconvenient switching from negative to positive or is positive to negative? see how one can be confused??
