Power Cloud Repair and Smooth Hair Dryer

Sent this product back. It didn't dry my hair like my tourmaline hairdryer. It seemed like it took forever to dry.

The hair dryer stopped working after two months. Just sent it back to Amika - will see if they send me a replacement. I'm doubtful.

After 6 weeks, the high heat setting is not heating correctly. It is the same temp as the low setting. Since it is past the 30 day return policy, I cannot return it....and I cannot send it to Amika since I did not buy it directly from them. So I am stuck with a hairdryer that doesn't work correctly. My old $30 hairdryer works better than this one. Very disappointed.

I purchased this for my wife in September 2013 and it worked fine for a few months, but it stopped heating correctly in December. We also bought the 2-year extended warranty through HSN. We tried to call the manufacturer and could not reach anyone. We tried to get HSN involved, but they said unless the dryer were damaged, we would have to work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. After calling the manufacturer at least 6 times with no answer, they finally put a message on their line that provided an email address. We have sent an email and have no response for over a week. I am now going to contact American Express to see if I can get them involved and work to have our money refunded. I would not recommend buying this dryer or HSN's exended warranty.

Would not recommend, especially for the money. The buttons on the handle change as you grip the handle. It needs to be redesigned. And, it does nothing, I don't see any difference from my old hiar dryer.. I may send back but I may keep. I definitely do not recommend this product.

I received a broken hair dryer and asked for a replacement. They mistakenly refunded me and when I called to find out what happened,THEY WOULDN'T HONOR THE PRICE I BOUGHT IT AT!!!! Shame on you hsn!

Really bad instructions - don't have the time to learn how to use a blow dryer - I was not impressed with the results I got. Am back to my T3 which is lighter and a much better product. Back it goes!
