Jet Tila 7" Laser-Etched Full Tang Chef Deba Knife in Gift Box
Chef Jet Tila has designed this unique knife, with a shape that combines a "Deba" (like a Japanese cleaver) with a chef knife, crafted from Japanese steel, with an olivewood handle. Chef Jet leaves out no detail. He's lasered his personal logo across the blade, which cleverly helps prevent sticking. The red logo on the upper part of the blade is not only beautiful, it also points out where you should put your thumb, in order to get the right grasp as you slice. The blade extends from the tip all the way to the end of the handle (full tang), the sign of a well-balanced, quality knife.
