Used it and got water in my ears. One ear the water came out many hours later, the other ear was so bad the ear water came out 6 or 7 days later. Do you know how hard it was for that week to have that water in my ear.

You actually need 3 hands to operate this correctly. To bulky to hold and operate. Does not work very well used it 4 times in one ear and still not effective. I will stick with using peroxide. I am in the process of returning this unit.

Havent tried yet but the reason for 2 stars is because was shipped in a bag and boxes where totally destroyed. I bought 2 for Christmas gifts but dont know yet if I will keep because presentation is ruined!!!!!
