Do NOT buy this! I followed the directions, and I now have a painful ear infection. The piece that inserts into the ear scratched me enough to produce an infection.

I purchased this item and only used it 3 times. Upon using it for the 4th time the black plastic tube disconnected itself from the the little circular hole located in the bottom of the unit. You are not able to reattach it because of the way it is made. There is no phone number to reach them at and you have to email them in orderfor them to contact you.

I purchased the Wush Pro hoping for a reliable and effective solution to ear cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory.The device initially seemed promising as it seemed to do what it was designed to -- clean my ears. However, it fell short of expectations in terms of durability. I was only able to use the device a small number of times (less than 10!) before it ceased to function. There are many similar reviews on Amazon. Stay away from this.

This is the worse product I have ever purchased and tried to use. It is horrible, I have one that has never been opened would like to return to get my money back.

Water squirts everywhere and it doesn't clean your ears!

This product caused ear infections and burst my eardrums. Urgent care visit, antibiotics and pain. Returning product and do not recommend.

i got the wush it does not clean as advertised would not order this thing again its not worth the money

i followed the instructions 3days later i developed swimmers ear went to urgent care cost so far for meds 209.00 i will returning it

It doesnt do any better then using the shower. It is a waste of money.

This was charged (1) time and it did last for a long time, maybe 3 or 4 months? BUT when I tried to charge it the second time it wouldn't hold the charge which in turn caused it to go into the trash can. Product worked fine but obviously faulty.

A crucial piece to hold water in was missing and box arrived crushed. Got a second one. Hard to assemble easily, makes a big watery mess and no improvement in ears.

My son loved using the Wush when it worked. It just would not hold a charge at all. If I charged it in the morning it would not work that night...
