Techko Solar Motion Sensing Wall Light - Two Series 2-Pack

Looked at package 10 min. after delivery, box 1/4 ripped open, one set of screws missing, and one light does not work after 4 days in sun to charge! Also without prepay return label on inside receipt. Called customer service. Helpful, and sent me a return label to my email BUT when tried to copy label to use, bottom half of email with label would not print. Had to take a picture on phone and print but label was for UPS, not USPS which I wanted.
