does this product have any interaction with blood thinners?

But i don't feel any different... I guess that's how it goes with supplements. If you don't actually need the ingredient, it's not going to do anything for you, no matter how well made it is.

I found it helps somewhat but if taken at night gives me weird or bad dreams.

I wanted to try this because I have read about the benefits of Saffron. This one doesn't help with appetite like I hoped. It does help with relaxation and sleep, but it is really hard to wake up. Even my son took one, and he said he had a really time getting out of bed. I sent them back.
