So far, has not helped at all. We will try one more week. If no affect, back it will go! Is an expensive supplement for it not to help!

I have a tendency to feel a little over anxious at times and was seeking supplements that would help me achieve some calm. Unfortunately, these supplements just made me drowsy. I really don't have any issues with going to sleep and that wasn't what I was hoping for with this product.

I love all Andrews products but I should have checked out warnings for this for blood pressure patients. It worked for my sleeping issues. I was exhausted. After about a month and having heart flutters. I found out my bp was dangerously low. Stopped this and in a few day I am getting back to normal.
