No Pump in Bottle-No Sealing, (TheresaJ20274205 MA)05/31/2023
I am only writing this review to ensure anyone who receives this product checks for the pump inside the bottle. It was not in the box nor in the bottle. Also, the bottle was not sealed. This is not typical of Prai. I love their products and I have never had an issue like this with any of their products. Check your packaging

I've been using Prai products for about 8 months now on face and chest and eyes. I love the feel, smell, of everything. I'm waiting to see any gradual changes.

Ive been using this serum for a week. Feels great. However, the money that is put into the decorative bottle, Id rather get more serum! I dont care for all the decorative jewels on the bottle and you cant see how much is in the bottle or how much is left. Ditch the costly decor of the bottles. Same with the neck and throat cream.

While this is a great product, please stop making your containers with glitter on them as the glitter comes off on my fingers and then onto my face. Thank you.

I just read the review where the comment was made about the glitter getting everywhere. You can peel that glitter wrap right off the container, which is what I did. My concern though was that no instructions came with it. It was just included in the packaging with another item. I will still give it a 5 star, but do not think it should have been included in with another item.

I just received my Platinum Firm & Lift and first use was impressive. It is a nice product. I gave it one star off because of the glitter container. It comes off everywhere and is very rough to the touch. Would love to see less blingy packaging that fit with a more natural home decor.

While I love this serum, it's not as creamy as the others, this I use day time alone, but night time with the 24KT over it.I also apply to jowls for elastivity, but it isn't as moisturizing as the others are, seems to dry faster.Other than that, I was waiting for an answer from Cathy about the cream or serum for dark circles, while nothing will help, as it's hereditary, I use another brand that really works not sold by HSN.

This product doesn't work as quickly as rep claims but this is my 2nd order b/c so far I'm pleased with the lifting & firming I've experienced. I'm a Black female over 50 but I don't have any wrinkles. My goal is to reverse and prevent drooping & sagging. I tried the firming line from serious skin care for months but no improvements.
