First it was missing the tube to pump up the serum...so useless, keep upside down to get get the setup out. Don't see it as great, I use other products that work so much better, that are available at the stores. Price is not a problem but I expect a very good quality. Shouldn't have any stars but its required

I thought the pump was broke, nothing would come out. I took the top off, it was almost empty. It was sealed.

After using for 2 1/2 weeks +, I'm not seeing much change. I started using 2 pumps of the product because my order did not come with directions. Then I watched the video again which says 1 pump, so I am back to that. My 11 lines and around my eyes had little to no improvement. Not worth sending it back, so I'll finish using it. NOT a miracle in a jar for this 72 year old. NOT as advertised for my own results. Packaging is lovely.

Prai has been my go too for years ! But I have found that the new formulas that they are selling are very drying to my skin . Very disappointed I am afraid I will have to change brands . I need moisture in my wrinkle regiment .

Returned Faulty Pump Charged Return Fee , (happens2ez CO)01/18/2023
I was anxious to try this product, but the pump would not work correctly so I returned it for an exchange. Instead of getting a replacement I was given a refund and charged a return shipping fee. How is it my fault that the product wouldn't come out of the container and you couldn't ship me a replacement? Very disappointed and this has happened several times with other products too! I think it might be time to stop shopping at HSN.

I didnt get to sample the product as the pump never worked. This is a different pump from others Prai uses. Disappointed as I do like their jaw firming product. Thought this might be as good.

Ladies pay attention you wont get Intensive see if it SAYS INTENSIVE!!! They sent it wrong to me 3 times still didnt get The right One INTENSIVE!!!!!
