  • Missing parts, (ray_libby NV)

This would be a good item if all the parts were there. This item did not come with the casters or the drawer stoppers. This is going to be used for medical supplies and This was bought because of the casters. Too heavy for me to take it to the post office to returnHow do I get casters and stoppers?

  • Wrong Baskets with unit, (JerseyLilly59 TX)

I reviewed this cart with all five baskets the same size. I did not get two smaller baskets. This is the second one I purchased for my craft room. The two top baskets stick because they are large . I put items I do not use often in these two baskets since I did not want to return the cart (it is sold out). This is the first time I have had a quality problem with Origami. This is the 14th piece of Origami I have purchased.

  • Wish I hadn't bought 2, (josiesma AZ)
    06/04/2022

When these came up clearanced I jumped at it, in fact ordering 2 as I had previously ordered a similar one. These are not as good. One of the drawers has pushed in area as well as other problems. Could not understand why poorer quality as they are all Origami. Checked boxes...good one was made in Vietnam, poor ones in China. Lesson learned, always learn where origami products are made before I purchase. Keeping as I had disposed of item these are replacing.

  • Not Sturdy , (TeoJo MN)

Very disappointed with this unit. The drawers are held in place with tiny plastic pins. You have to hold the top down when moving it, if you dont the drawers fall out and are difficult to put back in. When putting it together you almost need to have a 2nd person holding the sides together to keep everything in place until you fold the top over. If you dont you run the risk of the other drawers falling back out and having to start over again.

No way to lock wooden top down. Wanted to put goose neck lamp near patient's bedside but top keeps flipping up.

  • Not worth price., (mae65mom TN)

This is my first origami purchase. It was difficult to pull apart. The top is slightly warped. Some of the drawers have wires sticking out. Really not worth the price. I will keep it. To bulky and heavy to try to send back.

  • Non Std Origami, Hard To Assemble, (BigPond1 NY)
    08/14/2019

Received this and still cannot put it together. No usual origami toggle switch. My mom and I had an awful hard time even pulling it open as whomever packed it squeezed form pads between the legs. No instructions, only a parts list. Wheels had to be put on & off until a specific config of where locking & unlocking ones went. Home with a broken leg, so I wanted something to keep bedside until I walk again. Cant put the nubs in the rack to hold the drawers, so it's not a functioning purchase yet.

  • Wobbly, (Luvabargain40 TX)

As others have said, wheels dont roll and cart is wobbly. Surprised and disappointed as I have several other Origami pieces and have recommended to friends and family. I will not recommend this piece, however.

  • Ugly Duckling , (MC3121 MO)

I bought this with the intentions of keeping things close to me following a total knee replacement, while hubby was at work. It took a lot longer to put together then what they suggested and was missing some hardware but luckily they were easily replaced. Once it was fully put together is when I realized exactly how ugly this cart really is. The "wooden top" has to be the worst attempt at resembling wood that I have ever seen.Serves its purpose but is definitely the ugly duckling in the room.

  • Not sure it's a keeper, (Charli423 FL)

I have many Origami products, but this is not one of my favorites. I bought two of them, but one is still in the box. To me, the instructions are incomplete. What are the plastic clips on the side of the trays for? I watched all 3 videos, and don't see them anywhere. The instructions in the video need to start from the beginning when the unit is unpacked. Even the on-air presentation doesn't show that. The turquoise unit was covered with tiny pieces of the styrofoam packing material. I still haven't gotten it all removed. Way more trouble than it's worth. Will be returning.

I don't like this product as much as the 4 drawer. It is no balanced on both sides, and there is too much space in-between shelves..

  • Lower quality than expected from Origami, (kelcy VA)
    07/22/2017

I am a big Origami fan and have ordered a number of racks and the decorative triangle rack. So I thought I would try two of the carts (this one and the 4 drawer). I have not unboxed the 4-drawer yet but this one is not worth it. The wheels are cheap and don't roll well. There is no hook to lock the top down and it keeps slipping up when I move the cart meaning that the first drawer literally falls out as the cart walls move apart. The mechanism to expand the cart frame seemed warped or not well made. Also when I pulled the drawers out there was a fine layer of styrofoam beads from the packing material stuck in the mesh of the drawers. Some came out but it was a mess in the garage and I still have to get masking tape to get the rest out. I will keep it for now but probably remove the wheels (defeating the purpose). I so love the rolling small racks/shelving units and will stick to these. Don't waste your time.
