It's ok., (HelloDiva SC)11/25/2023
This product does what it says, but it is very loud when using and I don't like that you have to freeze your liquids for 24 hours. I wish 4 to 6 hours. I can better plan if my family or friends want to visit. As of now my Ninja is collecting dust. I don't use as much because of these two things.

What went wrong?, (Smidyz55 CA)06/01/2023
Love what this machine has given us. Awesome frozen treats. But last night I was making a pineapple sorbet and the machine made a screeching noise at the end of a remix. When I opened the lid, there was little black specks in the sorbet. It was pieces of plastic. There was something in the lid with the blade that fell apart. I have pics and a movie if needed for verification. Not sure if I should contact you or directly to Ninja. Please advise.

A glorified blender, (grubslemmur NY)05/23/2023
It looked easy when watching David and the host using it, but when I read all the do's and don'ts it seemed more difficult than I expected. Then when I realized you make and freeze the ingredients first THEN use the machine, I'm thinking why? I would just start eating it right from the freezer. So to me it seems it's really nothing more than a blender which I have a Vitamix already. So I sent mine back. I wish there was an "I don't know" for recommending this product because it does look nice.

Wanted to love it but...., (CraigPGH PA)04/05/2023
While they promote "lite ice cream" and "frozen yogurt" there's a catch and caveat. If you are trying to make healthy options - this is not the machine for you. You have to use full fat everything, and the light ice cream options requires using coconut goo and oat milk (not my thing). Can't make fat free yogurt, have to use fruit in syrup with sugar. The bottom blend function on my machine is broken and blends the top. If I wanted fat and diabetes i would be a great machine.
