This looks great on TV, (NiceTraveling53 KS)06/03/2023
We liked what we saw on TV, but we didn't watch for the small details. When we viewed the show it looked like it made all of these wonderful treats right on the show. Now we know we have to freeze our treats in advance, 24 hours, then we can make whatever we desire to have. There is nothing immediate made with this, unless you have some frozen prepared treats in advance. We plan to use, just after 24 hours of preparation.

False claims, (2cervey9 NJ)04/26/2023
I got this because they said you can make frozen yogurt using your favorite supermarket brand. You can only make frozen yogurt with whole fat sugar added yogurt, if you use low fat, no sugar you are out of luck. Didn't even unpack the machine, just returned it.

Not impressed! Sending back!, (Imnrn697 CA)04/21/2023
Everything you blend comes out like ice cream, where you need to eat it with a spoon. There is no such thing as drinkables, such as the slushy, its alway to icy, like a snow cone, cant use a straw. Same with the creamiccino drinks, cant use a straw, too thick and icy. I found the ice cream always has to be blended twice to get the creamy texture, if not, its crumbly. Also, when you use the cream cheese in these recipes, it leaves a slimy film on the roof of your mouth and on your spoon.

I wanted to love it, (Anonymous PA)04/19/2023
I should've read more before I purchased. I was not aware that you have to freeze things overnight. I thought well maybe I can live with that. The ice cream was very thick and crumbly even if I spun it twice. Talk about loud, Jackhammer loud!! What I didn't like is you couldn't refreeze it and get the same taste. I took some to my elderly mother and she couldn't save it for later without compromising the taste and I would have to take it back home and respin it for her. Sending back for sure!!!

Rules Rules Rules, (NoReadRickie MN)04/16/2023
Use provided recipes or experiment at your own risk. Seems recipes need to have a higher water content (I used heavy cream as primary liquid) and this product couldn't handle it. Certainly not for the spontaneous as recipes need to be frozen 24 hours in advance and then after using the machine, given 30 mins or longer before melty/creamy. It's going back.
