Ninja CREAMi 7-in-1 Frozen Treat Maker with Extra Pint Containers

I like the creami but would like more recipes with no sugar/no sugar substitute recipes. It is loud but no louder than a Vitamix & machine is on for a short time. I have tried several recipes & most are good. Need to remix several to get it creamy. I could just use the Vitamix to make ice creams.

Returned today. My sorbet didn't come out like the demos did, ever. Not worth it. I'll just stick to my Ninja blender. Can probably do the same thing.

The ninjaI creami works great, I love the sorbet and all the things I can make with it. I wouldve given it a five stars except it was missing two of the pint containers that were supposed to be included.

My husband loves ice cream, and i was trying to find a way to cut down on his sugar intake. It was not for us, but would be a great little thing if you had young kids.

Pros: Love the product. It does as advertise - makes smooth and creamy ice cream. Much better than other ice cream makers where you have to freeze the tub for days.Cons: Too loud and overpriced. Unfortunately, I purchase the product at full price and now its half the price.I would recommend this product but not at the price listed on HSN.

So, the Creami does what it says it will do however, it was SO loud that I could only use it during certain times as to not disturb the neighbors, or animals, or anyone walking by. But seriously, it was louder than my mixer. I can also say that the 24 hour prep was not as convenient as I once thought it could be. If you have a large family, a large freezer and plenty of time, this appliance is for you.

I love Ninja products, and I was really enjoying the Creami Until my daughter found plastic in the ice cream. Looking for the source I emptied ice cream in the trash and washed the pint container to find where the mixer blade had scraped the side, about 2" long, with really thin lines. Ran my finger across it and i saw the very thin pieces of plastic. Returned the unit because i did not want to be outside the 30 days and it happened again. Cup was seated properly. Unsure of cause.

Set it up to use and was fine with it but realized it was so much more than I needed so I returned it. Thanks

I have so many ninja products i love and i love ice cream, mikshakes,ect. so tht this be perfect. the work i have to do in advance to enjoy something was maybe something i could get over. i used it for the first time and thought a nuculear missle was launching loud and scary is putting it lite. my dog who cud care less about my loud vitamix ect took off running and shaking in fear and honestly i mived back quite a bit fir concern. no thank you its going back.

After reading what ingredients it takes to make a pint of ice cream I figured its so much cheaper to buy it. Could not believe some recipes called for 4-5 eggs. Real turn off. Didnt even take the machine out of the box.

The concept in good but requires too much of a prep time. I need to make treats on the spur of the moment without having to prep and freeze ingredients 24 hours in advance. For that I returned it.

Opened box and checked out recipe book then repacked and returning. Too much prep work for the way that I eat (low carb) I have an actual ice cream maker that I'll stick with, plus a vita mix for smoothies. Sad that I can't use ice cubes in the creami

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong as I've followed directions to the tee, and all I get is flavored snow.

Product packaging around the machine shows spots for 2 containers. Mine had one container (and an empty slot), along with the 3 individually packaged ones. Got 4 instead of the 5 as advertised. Where was Quality Control on this one?

Looks nice but only received 4 pint containers not 5?? Somewhat disappointing since I now have to buy more.
