Ninja CREAMi 7-in-1 Frozen Treat Maker with Extra Pint Containers

I must admit that I am a little disappointed in this ice cream maker. I was so excited when I saw it on TV and decided to purchase it. I have tried to follow at least three different kinds of recipes as well as experiment on my own, it just doesn't produce the kind of ice cream that I was hoping it would produce I don't know what to do with it I've only used it about 6 times, it's like completely new and I even have the boxes.

Completely ruined on 4th use. Blade disengaged and destroyed its self.

I really tried to like this but could not make good ice cream so am returning

My machine broke after having it less than 2 weeks and the warranty made me pay $20 in shipping (regular 3-5 day) to receive just a new base.

Consistency of final product is not desirable. After every bite, there are bits of ice remaining on the spoon. I even purchased heavy whipping cream to get the best results, and tried several recipes, but the end result was not what we expected.

Returning it !The blade becomes loose and it makes too much noise

I just received my Creami 6 days ago and every time I try to use it the install light comes on and the machine makes a terrible noice, not to mention when it finally shuts off the ice cream is in powder form. I try all the steps for when the install light comes on but nothing works. I will be returning this machine since there's something wrong with it.

Product recvd just packaged in a box. Not original packaging. Looks used and possibly its damaged due to the way it was packaged. SMH!!

Noisy, a lot of prep work. And not all the time mix it well. And at times , turned out crumbly. If you have leftover and once you put it back in the freezer it's as hard as a rock and crumbles.

Too hard to operate, if not exact when setting up, it will not work. Sent back.

This ninja creami treat maker did not last it was working at the beginning or maybe I used it to much but the price was unbeatable and now it stop working and Im stuck with something that stop working and it was past the return mark and insurance do not recommend thats why hsn has them on sale and trying to clear out stock dont buy.

Not sure what happened, but all of a sudden we noticed that there were plastic bits in the sorbet! After emptying we noticed the "stirrer" was scraping the side of the containers - thus resulting in plastic in the food!VERY disappointed with Ninja, will be checking the warranty from now on.

I followed the recipe and the mixer does not do a very good job at making the ice cream. It comes out frozen still and half mixed. Not to mention the vanilla ice cream recipe calls for cream cheese and when I made the ice cream it did not blend well.

I was very disappointed in this machine. My old machine froze ice cream right way. This one you have to freeze ingredients for 24 hours first. I don't want to have to wait 24 hours!

This is a blender! You have to put ingredients together and freeze. It is an overpriced blender. I already have a Vitamix, so I dont need this huge machine. False advertising
