Melatonin-3 - 60 Capsules

Like others have mentioned, I got a headache from this supplement and it caused my head to feel swimmy.

This is a great product and as a product deserves 5 stars, but I wish the capsules were more distinguishable from the vitamin D3 capsules. I have mixed them up several times and since we take the Vitamin D3 in the morning its not a great thing to have happen.

This only works okay for me. I had previously purchased another brand with which I get a better night's sleep.

It takes awhile to fall asleep even though I have been taking it 45 minutes before bed, but once I am asleep I sleep longer. I wake up groggy though.

Unfortunately, burns stomach and doesn't give me sustained sleep. Will not order again.

I usually give Andrew's products all 5 star ratings, and I take quite a few, however, I can only give this one 3 stars as it made me not only nauseous but light headed as well. Maybe it's just too potent of a dose for me. I tried it only the one night, taking 1 pill so not sure if it was just a fluke or not but didn't want to attempt another try due to my initial reaction. However, I will continue to buy his other products as I've had great results with many of them.

These help me sleep better if I take two but for some reason they upset my sensitive stomach.

I love Andrew's products and use about 6 other ones; but this made me extremely drowsy the next morning. It did work, but I was concerned as to why I couldn't get moving the next day. I will try it again to see if the same thing happens.

I will say that this product really works, but too well for me. I was drouzy the following day. i do much better on his Night Time product.

These pills when taken, help me to get a good nights rest but , something in these pills cause me to have a really bad headache in the morning which tells me there is some ingredient in there that's not all natural!! It's much better for me to keep them and suffer an occasional headache when I do take them, than not to have them at all.
