Hard to find filters for this at reasonable price. When sold to me was supposed to be just have to vacuum and don't need to replace. FALSE, these need to be replaced and light on top will tell you when needed. It won't shut off till they are replaced. FALSE advertising!!

Since I have had this unit, I have been coughing a lot. Maybe it is a co-incidence. I thought I was coming down with a cold but six weeks later I am still coughing. Too bad the 30 days have passed so I can't return it.

This item is Ok, However, it's a little heavier than I expected. PLEASE CONSIDURE ROLLORS ON NEXT UPGRADE.!!

I purchased this air purifier when it was the TSV. I specifically purchased it for the permanent pre-filter an the permanent HEPA filter as advertised during the on air presentation. I have never seen a true HEPA filter that is permanent so I watched the presentation again to be absolutely positive that I wasn't mistaken about both filters being permanent and yes the presentation repeats several times about "no filters to be replaced ever!"Unfortunately that's not true according to the manual.

I gave 3 stars because it is running fine. However it has not shown anything but a green light. Is my air clean to begin with? I don't have any pets and don't smoke. Maybe if I open a window I will get a different reading?

Runs well and quietly. Seems to be doing the main work well.After four days of use in Auto mode (where it is supposed to detect items and increase level of air processing), it began randomly to increase to maximum about every 6 hours and never go back down. After three times of letting this happen, I finally unplugged it, set it on manual, and have left it running. I think it has lost its ability to sense well, or at all. It's a shame because that is a great benefit if it works.

This is a beautiful unit and seems to be working well as far as cleaning the air, but the unit is very noisy. Its rattling and squeaking.
