LivePure Bali Multi-Room HEPA Air Purifier with Air Quality Sensing

After 5 months of use, the air quality sensor light started rapidly blinking from blue to green. I was told by customer service this was normal. A few weeks later the unit randomly turned itself off and then later turned itself on. This happened on several occasions. I called customer service and was told to return the unit at my expense. Unfortunately, the unit is so heavy that the return shipping cost is prohibitive. Also disappointed that the unit didn't do a great job of filtering the air.

Use unit everyday,the timer is not accurate and I still have dust everywhere my hunter works alot better

Does not pull micro debris from the air.

This is a horrible product. I have had this air purifier for about 6 months and vacuumed the filters many times but now .Today, no amount of vacuuming will get good air quality from the indicator. Afraid to run the product with the red light on. Save your money, too many issues.

They state permanent filter, manual states to replace prefilter every 3 months and hepa every 6 months and depending on Enviromental conditions, to replace more often. Page 8 states not to use brush bristles on prefilter. Read the manual and watch the sales video again, I did. Another scam. With what this unit heavy weight would cost allot to send back

We been using this product for almost a month, we are very disappointed. After using for a couple of weeks its makes crunching noise. I wish I can return this product. I will Not recommend this product dont waste your money.

Filter is NOT permanent. Owners manual says to replace every 6 to 8 months.

I was so excited to buy this product. I have been searching for a good air purifier. I have not noticed or felt any difference since using this air purifier. I am very disappointed. I will probably be returning it. Its also very big.

Received and set up unit, turned it on and it sounded like it was going to explode. Banging and rocking back and forth. Lugged it to ups and got a replacement. Got the replacement and the same exact thing happened.do not waste your time.

False advertising they said never have to replace filter inside the pamphlet it says change hepa filter every 6 months that's not good I bought it for lifetime filter. Not buy another 80$ filter every six months.
