Ever Bearing Strawberries Ever Sweet Set of 20 Roots

I waited months to get these, they were suppose to ship immediately. When I got them they were dead or near dead. I planted them as directed and I have 4 small starter plants. The rest have died. If I knew this was what I was getting I would have passed.
