Chef Jet Tila "101 Epic Dishes" Cookbook

Learned a lot just reading through it! Recipes have useful tips, addition info, just a really great cookbook!!

Chef jets cook book awesome easy to follow !!

Explanations are very thought through, its clear alot of thought went into it.. I would only suggest the print-size should b larger at least on ingredients/recipe. Older Women use cookbooks,.new era uses online you tube, so for those of us who do love actual cookbooks..print size is small. The photography is beautiful, the explanations are great.

I have not cooked anything yet, but know Jet's recipes are wonderful, having his other cookbook as well.Jet, there is so much white space on the pages, surely your publishers could have used a bigger font. I need my magnifying glass to read the recipes, making it far less enjoyable. Darn. Looking forward to making the pita bread and hummus. A few more colored pictures would have been nice as well. Otherwise, I still love you, Jet and happy for your success. Wifey is beautiful.

I find the fonts in this cook book smaller than most cook books. Hard to read. I was expecting more Asian recipes.
