Bissell Symphony™ Plus All-in-One Vac and Steam Mop with Accessories

I love that it vacuums and mops. But what I really dislike is the scuff marks left on my baseboard due to the rubbery material around the front.

Products dispenses and leaves puddles of water on my hardwood floors. Not acceptable for hardwood.

The product is just too heavy to perform its duties. Bought it in advance for a gift and now I'm stuck with something that I can't use.

This product will not move on certain surfaces. It is just a mop for certain hard surfaces.

This item is very heavy, due to the lack of rolling casters. Imagine putting a towel over the bottom your regular heavy vacuum, then push it around the floor or over an area rug. Its heavy. The vacuum works good with no steam. If the steam is on, it only bunches up wet pet hair. It doesn't vacuum wet hair. If the steam and vacuum is on at the same time, the steam gets vacuumed up. So no effective steam comes through.

The water reservoir started leaking on the second use. liquid just [poured out.

I was skeptical about the combo of vac and steamop and for good reasons. The steam mop cannot get up against the baseboards unless you turn it sideways which is next to impossible in small areas. The height of the vacuum/mop head prevents cleaning under most of my furniture. It feels like 20 lbs when steam cleaning or vacuuming. I'm returning it. .

The steam pads that go on the bottom will not allow it to be snapped shut. They are to bulky/thick so they are unusable. I waited toLong to try the machine to send it back. I do not recommend this product.

We received this 5 months ago and I have used it 3 times now. The reason being is that the mop device doesn't stay attached very well. Every time I would push it around to mop, it came off and I had to keep pushing it back on. What a pain, took me for ever to mop my small area.

Not what I expected.

Leaves streaks on laminate wood. Ugh!

I returned it. 1. It was very loud/noisy! 2. The opening for the steam was in the middle of the part that touched the floor and was very small, so it was necessary to go back and forth many times to get the whole area. 3. The opening for the suction of the vacuum was very, very narrow.

Disappointed in this machine. Not as easy as portrayed on demo. Harder to move across rugs. I just sent it right back as I felt it was cheap and lacked power. Easier to use my Shark vacuum and Monster team cleaner!

I found the vac to be heavier than the host described. It is difficult to vacuum the throw rugs which she said could be cleaned with the vac. I could only go front wards with effort but then I had to lift it to bring the machine backwards. If I had known this I would not have ordered it!Vacuuming the tile was easier to push and did pick up most items..My cordless small vac does a terrific job vacuuming everything. Also it's so easy to push and I can vacuum my throw rugs. I'm disappointed

Do not purchase. The infomercial on this item is false advertising. It does NOT clean area rugs or carpet. It also does not come with a carpet glider so if you go from hardwood floors or tile onto a area rug or carpet pushing this machine without a glider, is like doing push-ups! I had to purchase the glider separately from Bissell for $17.42. It does not snap on the machine merely rests on it. I also tried it on hardwood floors. It was not anything like shown on TV. Had to work and work at it.
