Bissell Symphony™ Plus All-in-One Vac and Steam Mop with Accessories

I love everything about it except there is no mention of using it on rugs or carpet in the manual; but in the on air demo she clearly used it in a navy piece of carpet and a white rug on set which is the main reason I purchased it.

I bought the very first edition of the steamer vac years ago and loved it so much that when I saw it on HSN, I sent it to my cousin as a housewarming gift it, and all the features, and I was like What?? I had no interchangeable steamer head for disposable cloths. My unit wasnt lightweight. My vacuum didnt pick up the larger debris on the floor. So I ordered it for my sisters birthday and was so amazed , yep, Symphony Bissell number six!

I have severe back pain. This product is a life saver.

I reluctantly ordered this vac honestly not expecting much because I thought how good can a combo steam mop and vacuum be?. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well both work. We have 2 cats that we adore, but keeping up with the litter can be a problem.Love this vac , makes cleaning easier and easy learning curve.

I got this back in September and have been using it daily with no issues. It's the end of November now and it won't start. The power is on but when I push the steam button and pull the lever I get nothing, completely useless now. Mine didn't come with any instructions so I have no way to try and trouble shoot the issue. Now I have to box it back up and drag it to post office. I've read this is a common issue for this steamer so if I were you I wouldn't waste my time.

This is a absolute dream. Had to be a person who cleans that designed this. The vacuum and steam together and the snap on plate. It gave my vinyl floors a shine that I havent seen for a few years. My floors look new. My kitty runs from it, the steam scares her. I give this product 100%

I absolutely love this machine. I am 71 years old and have a very bad back. I needed a light weighing vaccum this vacuum fits the bill. It is simple to use and dies a terrific job of vacuuming & steam mopping. Great product I am so happy I ordered it.

I bought this in the color teal almost a year ago. I Love this thing! I just used it yesterday and it is so easy to use and it works very well on my white floor. I have 2 dogs who make lots of messes, this works Great! You will not be disappointed if you purchase this great little machine!!

I've Written a review before but will again, this is one of the best machines I've ever had for my area rugs and tile floors. Highly recommend it to anyone.

We have tile floors throughout our main living space and bathrooms. I used to use a Swiffer -- or vacuum first -- and then my Bissell steam mop. Now I can do both at at the same time! Things to note: It is a vacuum (it will be loud). It is heavier than a traditional steam mop, but that is expected because it is also a vacuum. So easy to use and very impressed so far! Always happy with Bissell products.

My floors have never been so clean! I have a dog and a large yard with lots of muddy paw opportunities. This has made life so much easier!

My husband has been using it. I haven't been able to use it. Every time I mention the floors are dirty he volunteers to mop. Hey, I'm okay with that. He used it for the first time and claimed it. It gives me a break. Would recommend this to anyone.
